Pros:

Pros:

Building was great, staff was very friendly and helpful.

Cons:

Location is dtla a little sketchy area but very convenient for public transportation. Of course it’s not the hotels fault that addicts and homeless are all around the area.

Pros:

Place is clean and spacious but location not great for family and amenities and stuff support can improve.
Pros:

Property was clean and the apartment was spacious.

Cons:

The location was not great. Didn’t feel safe all the time and the parking across the street is actually a makeshift public urinal. The staff could be more helpful. No one came to fix ac as it was late the first night and kids had to stay in the room in summer heat. The ac has a label not to put it under 72 otherwise pipes will freeze is quite ridiculous. Optimal temperature in summer nights is 68-69.

Drogadictos en la puerta
Pros:

Pros:

Large and clean room with a fully-equipped kitchen. Central location in the downtown. Good value for the affordable price.

Cons:

Location in the downtown is central but at the same time the surroundings are not pleasant since plenty of drug addicts and homeless people hanging around. Skid row is only a few blocks away. The hotel was supposed to have a fitness room but they did not have one.

Pros:

Very pleasant staff, and we love the kitchen in the space has a nice design.

Cons:

It's located in a terrible location, which is kind of like a slum. There's so many homeless people and a lot of smell of pee from the street. People scream through the night. Many are on drugs I believe. You have to pay for parking. And that garage is very gross. You also have an exhaust smell that comes into the room. I don't know from where. They have a bar downstairs. That seems like it's never been used. And oddly, it's just sort of there. You are given one small coffee packet. If you've ever need anything, they don't bring it to your room. You have to go downstairs. It just seems to be a place. What I used to be apartments and the hotel company bought it and thought. Maybe we can turn a little bit of a profit, but there is very little thought into the experience of the people who stay there. And what that might be like.

Too good to be true for the price
Pros:

The facility itself is great! Modern, clean, spacious, comfortable and good security.

Cons:

The location is terrible and there is absolutely no parking.

The parking garage across the street that allows 24 hr parking sucks!!! No in and out privileges, even if you're a hotel guest. When you finally come in for the day and pay the parking garage fee, it expires at 6a, so unless you move car out by 6a, you have to pay another full price to exit.

The location is sketchy and very loud with street dealings, fights, and police sirens til wee hours of the morning, which can all be heard loud and clear from your room.

Because of that and the parking, I will not stay at this location nor would I recommend it. However, the staff's customer service was superb and the facility itself was better than major hotel chains in the area.
