De codes werkten allebei, zowel ingang als kamer.

Cons:

Geen drink/snoepautomaat kunnen vinden. Wel een koffieautomaat. Geen receptie!

-Zu späte Check Inn Zeit. Evtl. 1 oder 2 Stunden eher.Wir hatten deswegen ein größeres Zeit Problem.
Die KI geführte Service Hotline.....
Es ist schade, daß man nicht die Möglichkeit bekommt, ein persönliches Gespräch zu führen.
Wir haben deswegen über Bookingcom eine Anfrage gestellt. Bekamen dann eine Absage.

Ich habe danach nochmal meine Anfrage mit Begründung per Email an das Service Team gerichtet.
Darauf wurde überhaupt nicht mehr reagiert.
Sehr ärgerlich..... und nicht kundenfreundlich.

-Keine Pflegeprodukte wie beschrieben.
Es stand nur ein Behältnis mit Flüssigkeiten auf dem Waschbecken.

Der Getränke/ Automat im Eingagsbereich sah nicht sehr einladend aus. Sollte vielleicht mal erneuert werden.
Entsprach auch nicht dem dem Bildwerk, wie in der Beschreibung angegeben.

Pros:

Das Zimmer war relativ groß und sauber. Der Zutritt funktionierte über einen per Email zugesandten Code ohne Probleme.

Cons:

Weil ich bereits vorher wusste was ich erwarten konnte, kann ich hier nichts Negatives äußern.
