房間算大，酒店相連商場及有付費溫泉，十分方便。但酒店出東京各旅遊點有些遠。

以東京酒店來說，房間算大。
酒店相連商場，就算落雨唔出市區都可行商場，而商場內亦有付費溫泉，可消磨一天。

Cons:

訂了兩間房間，但最後安排了在不同樓層，有些不方便。

Pros:

The hotel is big and nice. The restaurant a little expensive. People were nice very helpful. There were 2 stations you have to walk a little far but it’s ok. I loved the mall right beside the hotel you can do shopping and late dinners.

Cons:

Only I wish the stations were a little closest.

Cons:

電気ボットは使用できない、シンクの台にホコリ一面についてて黒い台で柄が入ってるのか？と思うぐらい拭かれてなく、だいぶ吹いてないんだと感じ、行き届いてなく感じました。
それと
トイレ内にある手洗い場に陰毛が1本ありました！
とっても不愉快で嫌な気持ちになり2回目のリピーターでしたが
もぅ無いです！
ガッカリしました。

proximity to narita airport and early morning was there no shuttle. taxi is the only choice and it was expensive.

Great stay, great staff, great location.
Pros:

The property is extremely clean and the staff is remarkable. The staff tries their best to speak English and some speak it quite well, which is amazing because I heard people speaking Spanish, Arabic, Italian, Portuguese, German and other languages and they were able to communicate with them as well. Great job!!!

Cons:

I included some pictures during my stay of my room. These were while in use and you can see how clean it is even while being used. I needed 3 beds and I got a room with them. Excellent housekeeping! Excellent customer service!!!!!

予約の際15時チェックインプランではあったのですが、5人で予約した部屋が18時チェックインだったようで、そこがわかりづらかったです。アーリーチェックインも高いなとは思いました。
ただとてもいいホテルでいつも快適です。
