The check in process was weird. The pillows were very uncomfortable and you only get 1 pillow, the AC was confusing and weird. The area has absolutely no charm and there is nothing exciting to do. And the hotel restaurant had no interest in serving me after I checked out and I just wanted to have something to drink (not alcohol) before going to the airport.. He pointed me to the mall next door but I wanted to sit in the peace and quiet of the hotel. It is very strange that they turn away paying guests just because they already checked out... overall it felt that the staff do not like non-Japanese people at all. Not worth the money, this was the worst hotel experience during my 2 week trip in Japan

Maravilhoso! Hotel lindo , E aconchegante!
Pros:

Boa localização ! Tem Shuttle bus para a linha de metro ! Está conjugada com o shopping Ariela Garden, adorei !
Voltaria novamente !

Cons:

Por ser ao lado da Avenida dava pra ouvir mto o som que vinha da Rua ! Acordei várias vzs na madrugada por causa dos som das motos que passava na rua ! Não tem uma vedação de acústica ! Só isso que me incomodou 😔
