Fabulous location! Fabulous washer and dryer facilities in the room! Made it super easy to refresh the suitcase before moving on to Osaka. Staff were super friendly and helpful and spoke good English. Rooms were clean. Great there was a small electric frypan (travelling with a toddler so made some dinners and Breakfasts a breeze to feed her). Would recommend to anyone that asks!!!! Location was just fabulous

Pros:

Hotel GOCO was fantastic for our stay in Kyoto. The location was prime! Right in the center of the city. The staff was amazing and very accommodating. Their English was very good. Overall, I would HIGHLY recommend this hotel to people. There was a washing machine in the room that came in so handy during our stay, and their drying system in the bathroom worked very well.

We had a wonderful stay! The location is perfect, with Nishiki Market just steps away and easy access to public transportation. The staff were incredibly kind and welcoming, and everything in the hotel felt new and well maintained. I would definitely stay here again on my next visit.

Eine sehr gute, zentrale Lage, das Personal sehr freundlich, und hatte zahlreiche Tipps.
Die Betten waren bequem, sehr ruhig, und
außergewöhnlich war eine Übersicht im Fahrstuhl, auf welchem Sender die Fußball-WM Spiele zu sehen waren. Zur Metro. Zu den Zügen sind es nur wenige Gehminuten und man benötigt kein Taxi.

Cons:

Leider gibt es kein Frühstück, aber eine Übersicht, wo Cafés zu finden sind. 5-10 Minuten Fußweg.

We had a wonderful 3-night stay at Hotel GOCO Stay in Kyoto and couldn’t have been happier with our experience.

The hotel is very new, spotlessly clean, and thoughtfully equipped with everything we needed. Having a washing machine with a drying function, a microwave, and basic tableware in the room made our stay incredibly comfortable and convenient.

Every member of the staff was exceptionally kind, patient, and genuinely helpful. We would especially like to thank the owner, who went above and beyond on the day we checked out. He personally accompanied us outside to help us hail a taxi, carefully loaded our luggage into the car, and waved goodbye as we left. Such warm hospitality made us feel truly welcome and left us with unforgettable memories of Kyoto.

The location is another huge advantage. The hotel is just a short walk from Nishiki Market and the lively Shijo-Kawaramachi shopping district, where you can enjoy fantastic food, shopping, and the vibrant atmosphere of the city.

What surprised us even more was the incredible value for money. A hotel of this quality at such a reasonable price is truly exceptional and exceeded all of our expectations.

We highly recommend this lovely boutique hotel to anyone visiting Kyoto. We will definitely stay at Hotel GOCO Stay again on our next trip!

Perfect location in beautiful Kyoto.
