We were under the impression the two bottles of water inside our room were complimentary??? we were charged $3.00 per bottle without a notice/sign letting us know they were $3.00 each UNBELIEVABLE to put it mild. Then breakfast same deal they don’t tell you it’s not complimentary and you’ll pay TOP dollar for scrambled eggs and some badly cooked potatoes??? COMMUNICATION is key here they trap you at the end. Other than that everything was good. Over $60.00 for US an elderly couple on dissability we could’ve gone to
McDonalds and would’ve been happier. What a trick they play on customers.

Cons:

Signs/communication be open and tell or put signs that bottled water is $3.00 per bottle. Disclose breakfast MENU along with PRICES don’t hide these fees and then surprise your customers. By the way the Hilton corporate supervisor was a complete Unprofessional guy making fun of me and my complaint. What a shame!!!

Mooie ruime kamers, schoon. Zwembad was heerlijk.

Cons:

Het ontbijt. Je besteld a la carte maar je kon maar 1 keuze geven. Dame van ontbijt had geen zin om het uit te leggen en vroeg bijvoorbeeld ook niet eens of er drinken bij geserveerd kon worden.

Cons:

I dnt like the fact that I was told at the desk (because i asked to make sure we had it) while paying for the 3 rooms I had each adult.. breakfast was included. Get down the next morning a different person looked it up only to say it wasn't included. Smh..

Pros:

Excellent hotel, excellent location. You step right out onto a plaza where you can take a walk, buy groceries, or dine at a restaurant. There are plenty of restaurants to suit every taste and budget. The room was very clean—something that was important to us since we were traveling with a small child. I recommend this hotel.
