All the staff we encountered was so wonderful to me and my hubby, Rochelle at the front desk went above and beyond and John also was amazing

For the price, this was a very nice hotel with nice amenities and good location.
Pros:

Staff was friendly, facility was nice.

Cons:

My room was located directly under the gym, the noise of weights hitting the floor started early in the morning. The mattress was also lumpier that I would have liked.

Very friendly staff.
Pros:

Not much of a variety for selection of food that was expensive. Biggest complaint was the lack of soap in the room. Was not aware that the room not made up every day. Quite surprised when returned that evening to find beds not made and no fresh towels or soap. The distance to the convention center was a longer walk than advertised.

Pros:

The internet to work I could stream.youtune, Netflix, hbo max or any other streaming apps on the TV and I couldn't play my gaming system

Cons:

That i got charged for checking out and that I had to put down a 100 deposit which doesn't make sense. Plus I had no room service and had to clean up my room before I left to check out.

Pros:

The hotel was very nice and the staff was helpful

Cons:

The parking garage belongs to the city. The homeless sleep in the garage and there is no elevator leading to the hotel. It makes getting your luggage to the room from the garage extremely difficult. Then the garage wasn't working the entire stay, so you couldn't get in or out without assistance from hotel staff and unfortunately most times there was only 1 person trying to handle everything at the front desk.
