同行友人住的另外兩間房間都沒問題，唯獨我住的806燈光非常昏暗；下次還是有可能回訪、因為飯店所在地點生活機能都非常方便。

我住806，房間燈已全開還是超級暗，白天可以拉開窗簾、晚上就非常昏暗，而且沒有全身鏡，換完衣服只能去廁所照鏡子…

Pros:

距離天神最繁榮的地下街與街邊商店熱區非常近，如果是以購物為主要行程，搭配以福岡地區地鐵可到達範圍的短途旅遊，是非常值得入住的，如果是以JR穿梭在郊區或鄰近城市的話，因為到博多需要轉乘，會稍微麻煩一些。

Cons:

整體飯店員工態度非常好，我非常滿意。甚至有為我準備生日小禮物非常驚喜與感謝!! 但整潔程度相信KOKO應該還可以做得更好的! 我會希望未來有機會再到來。除了房間有不少地方有灰塵，衛浴設備包含鏡子、流理臺等都有些斑駁，甚至在廁所遇到蟑螂，我明白飯店偶爾且難預防這類情況，但碰到的時候也難免扣分了。
