Rooms are spacious and modern. The large window and view were nice. Breakfast is above average for this type of hote. The hotel is a short walk to Revere beach. The TV location is at a 90 degree angle for watching from either the sofa or bed.
There was no bedding for the sofa bed. When they did deliver some, the blanket was wet. The bar was unexpectedly closed along with option to order a light dinner. They have discontinued their airport shuttle. Food choices at the kiosk were fairly limited.
It was very clean and had a great staff.
It worked for us because we were moving our daughter into an apt complex next door, but most ppl would prefer a Boston proper location. The breakfast was meh, but it was nice to at least have that option!

Friendly staff and very clean property. I also appreciate the ice and water refill station on my floor - instead of having to go down to the lobby.
Not necessarily a dislike, but by the time I got to breakfast (around 8:50ish each morning), they were out of several options.
O hotel fica perto do metrô, o que facilita bastante o deslocamento ao centro. O quarto é muito confortável e muito bem equipado. Café da manhã bom. Limpeza ok. Staff atencioso.

Location was convenient to the Blue line, which went right to downtown. The room was clean, and the shower water pressure was amazing!
Despite widely advertising a free airport shuttle, that service was cancelled without any notice. Two employees acted like I was crazy for asking, but the manager did book us a taxi after proving that the website and booking both mentioned a shuttle. I've never encountered a hotel that bills itself as an Airport hotel that doesn't offer a shuttle to the airport!
The housekeeping was inconsistent, and we had to specifically request towels and toilet paper during our 3 day stay. For $1300 for 3 nights, I had higher expectations!
Hotel is modern and attractive inside. Room was spacious and well decorated. TV and WiFi worked well.
Entrance is in the back and unattractive. Restaurant has very limited menu and below average quality. The airport shuttled has been CANCELLED, forcing a $20 Uber ride. No water in room. $4 to buy.

Un dia no nos hicieron la habitación. No avisamos por que llegamos a la noche y era la ultima. También fué dificil contactar para el envio del shuttle a recogernos.
