Terrible
Cons:

staff was rude and not accommodating. The hotel said there was a hotel shuttle, there wasn't. The hotel is listed as a Boston Logan Airport hotel, but the hotel is not in the city of Boston but rather Revere, which was an issue with getting a taxi/uber to take me. I was promised a late check-out by being an IHG member, the front desk did not honor it.

Overdue for updating building and marketing. Was not as prepresented.
Pros:

Convenient near airport. Check in was professional and recommended local restaurant.

Cons:

Bar was closed and breakfast was average. No coffee in lobby (pot not maintained). A airport shuttle was advertised and even an email sent. When I called when I landed they said there hasnt been a shuttle for awhile.

Great hotel with the friendliest staff!
Pros:

The property was clean, comfortable, had a pool, and was a short walk to the train that took you to directly to downtown Boston. It was also a short drive or one train stop away from revere beach, which is a beautiful area with great restaurants!

Cons:

Wish it had a hot tub!

Good location. Great breakfast and friendly staff. Free shuttle bus.
Pros:

Good location. Big room. Breakfast was good, had a good selection of items. Free shuttle bus to and from the airport. Friendly staff. Stores and restaurants close by.

Cons:

Overall the room was clean, there was however some hair in the shower. Shuttle is not running at a schedule, you have to call the hotel and arrange pick up.
Not really the hotels fault, but we had what sounded like an elefant living in the room above us, and made it a bit hard to sleep.

Séjour formidable
Pros:

L’emplacement, proche d’une bouche de métro, suite spacieuse avec kitchenette, la piscine chauffée et la salle de lavage c’est un must pour un long séjour, on a pu laver nos vêtements

Cons:

Ce qui pourrait être amélioré c’est la fréquence de faire le ménage dans les chambres
