Pros:

New building so everything is clean. Location was good for us. We had a car so we could go downtown and to the wineries. Room is small but great value for the money

Pros:

The room was small for the price that was paid. It said seaview (which I assumed would be river view) there was none. $5.00 for a bottle of water, really!. Breakfast was minimal.

Cons:

Bigger room. Better breakfast, and a view like it said.
