Quarto era muito bom
As zonas comuns são minimas. O pequeno almoço é servido com pão congelado que os hóspedes têm de aquecer num forno e com talheres descartáveis e copos de papel. Parecia campismo por um preço exorbitante

出来たら電子レンジも置いて頂けると有難い。
アメニティーは充実していましたが
シャンプーやコンディショナー、ボディソープの匂いがヒノキの匂い？だったのかな？
ちょっとキツかったです。
あと部屋まで行く廊下の匂いがお香的な香りだったので好きな方には良いですが
嫌いな方には不向きな香りでした。
L'emplacement était top. Le Onsen aussi. le logement était jolie et grand. Nous avons passés un bon séjour.
Camera in stile giapponese con futon e onsen. Molto spaziosa, moderna e con tutte le amenities necessarie per passare un bel soggiorno. Vicino ad un bar molto buono sia per colazione che per pranzo/cena.
Mancanza di una finestra vera, c’era un lucernario e basta che non dava la possibilità di vedere fuori.

Parking was op 500m van het hotel en niet makkelijk te vinden. Parkeren bij het hotel om in te checken niet mogelijk.
We hadden geen ontbijt bijgeboekt en konden niet meer ter plekke bijboeken.
Ook geen info gekregen over wel waar ontbijt mogelijkheden waren, terwijl er net om de hoek een mooie ontbijtzaak zit.

Very Bad Hotel, would not recommend this hotel to anyone. Please stay away, there are much better hotels in Hakone!
An Appalling Hotel Experience – Misleadingly Presented and Grossly Overpriced
The hotel’s high rating and presentation on Booking.com are, in our experience, extremely misleading. We cannot understand how this property has received such favourable ratings or how it can reasonably be described as meeting the standards expected of a four-star hotel. The significant difference between the online representation and the reality raises serious concerns about whether the property and its facilities have been adequately reviewed.
We arrived exhausted at approximately 3:30 p.m. after travelling, only to be told that check-in was strictly at 5:00 p.m. This was particularly unacceptable because we had contacted the hotel one week before our arrival, informed them that we would arrive at approximately 3:00 p.m., and received confirmation that a room would be allocated to us. Although the room appeared to be ready, the staff refused to allow us to check in and showed virtually no understanding, flexibility or basic courtesy.
The hotel provided no suitable facilities for guests waiting to check in. There were no guest toilets, nowhere to freshen up and no tea, coffee, water or other refreshments available. The so-called reception consisted of a very small, makeshift room, and the desk was left unattended unless guests rang a bell. This fell far below the level of service reasonably expected from a four-star hotel.
When we were finally given access to our room, we were shocked by its condition and size. The room was extremely cramped and had no window, making it feel dark, oppressive and highly claustrophobic. The bed was pushed directly against the wall, meaning that the second guest had to climb across the bed simply to get in or out. The room bore no reasonable resemblance to the standard, comfort or quality that we had been led to expect.

A great, quiet, modern hotel within walking distance of station and main street. Beautifully designed, Japanese-style rooms. Hotel was more than happy to receive our bags prior to 5pm check-in.
