EXCELLENT customer service.
The microwave in the room did not work when we arrived. It was also never fixed or replaced. Maintenance kept saying they were waiting on a replacement and that never happened before the date that we checked out. That was the ONLY issue we had....besides the microwave, our stay was great!

The bathroom door is in a terrible location, especially for a handicapped room
I liked the fact that I had a basic kitchen and plenty of room.
The towel bar in the bathroom was broken and there were no hooks for towels.
Property was kept clean. Room was clean. Staff were friendly and helpful.

Close to the beach but not close enough to be in a lot of traffic everytime you leave.
Pillows were uncomfortable for me but my significant other loved them. The tub drain would not stay open.

It was very rundown, didn’t have ice buckets for ice. Didn’t have a hair dryer and when I asked for one, I received a nasty unclean one. Very sketchy neighborhood and the hotel itself was sketch
The pool was nice and the rooms were clean
Omg the guy at the counter is horrible. The day after we paid and checked in he decided to take my card and charge a night for another room! I had booked July 4-6 paid in full with deposit next day another charge of almost $400 WTF. Beware! He’s tall light skinned and has a Caribbean accent!
