Pros:

Merrodi La Porta was a lovely and peaceful haven next to the bustling and loud streets of Galata. Clean, well equipped and very comfortable ensured restful moments. The buffet breakfast with the splendid view was awesome. Much more than anything else was the constant service and care of Sevgi and Samet who always checked on us to make sure we didn't need anything. This made our stay more special. Everything felt like home because of Merrodi's wonderful staff. Thank you from the bottom of our hearts.

Pros:

Perfect location - a few minutes from the galata tower on a quiet side street. The breakfast was lovely with a view of the city. Would definitely stay again, if we are staying in the area. 😊

Такого отзывчивого и доброжелательного персонала, мы ещё не встречали. Просто наивысшая похвала. Сам отель расположен в локации, очень удобной для отдыха в Стамбуле. В шаговой доступности все основные достопримечательности и лучшие рестораны на набережной.

Abbiamo trascorso una settimana meravigliosa al Meroddi La Porta e siamo rimaste davvero soddisfatte. La posizione è eccellente, comodissima per visitare Istanbul e spostarsi facilmente, ma ciò che ci ha colpite maggiormente è stata la gentilezza e la disponibilità di tutto lo staff. Sempre cordiali, sorridenti e attenti a ogni nostra esigenza.

Un gesto che abbiamo apprezzato tantissimo è stato quello del giorno della partenza: sapendo che avremmo lasciato l’hotel, ci hanno preparato una shopper da portare con noi con panini, mele e succhi di frutta. Una piccola attenzione che racconta perfettamente la cura che hanno per i loro ospiti.

Ci siamo sentite accolte e coccolate per tutta la durata del soggiorno. Ottima posizione, personale eccezionale e grande attenzione verso il cliente. Se dovessimo tornare a Istanbul, sceglieremmo sicuramente di soggiornare di nuovo qui.

Pros:

L'hotel Meroddi La Porta si trova in una zona centralissima nel quartiere di Galata, a pochi minuti a piedi dalla metro M2. È una struttura pulita, lo staff è davvero gentile e disponibile e ci ha consigliato diversi tour e posti in cui mangiare.
La camera era pulitissima, spaziosa e silenziosa. La terrazza dove si fa colazione ha una vista spettacolare, la colazione è a buffet; dolce e salata. BUONISSIMA!!

很便捷的体验加拉塔的24小时变幻
Pros:

出门左转，右转上台阶，步行25步，右转，加拉塔就在你眼前。
以加拉塔为中心，发散式的道路，通向金角湾，独立大街以及另一条直街。很方便。
前台的同事很热情，帮忙看行程计划。非常棒。

Pros:

Very close to major tourist area. The best part was the breakfast, friendly staff and the reception kitten.

Cons:

Located in a dirty, old town alley which was a bit scary to arrive at. Surprised that big open tourist streets were only about 50 metres away.

Grata surpresa, recomendo muito!!
Pros:

Conforto: quarto confortável e limpo! Opções de travesseiros. Fomos recebidos de forma muita acolhedora em nosso momento especial. De cara já sentimos o cuidado com o hóspede. Amamos!!!
Localização: perfeita para quem quer ter tudo por perto e estar próximo de um dos cartões postais da cidade! Opções de restaurantes a poucos passos. Acesso a transporte público a alguns minutos.
Atenção da recepção: fomos bem recebidos apesar de chegar na madrugada. Destaque para o gatinho que fica no hotel, coisa mais linda!!!
Café da manhã no checkout: preocupação com o hóspede faz toda diferença. Eles separam sacolas com café para levar para quem sai cedo.
A vista do rooftop do café da manhã também é maravilhosa!!!
Ficamos em 3 hotéis nesses dias de viagem e esse foi o que mais gostamos! Recomendo muito!

Vi comentários sobre a rua do hotel, realmente há alguma sujeira/bagunça nas calçadas no entorno. Fica em uma rua estreita para acessar de carro, pode parecer estranho, mas ao conhecer o local familiarizamos.
Os funcionários do café da manhã poderiam ser mais atenciosos. Não há muito esforço no servir. Pedimos gelo e não tinha, em uma cidade tão quente achamos estranho. A opção do café da manhã tem certa variedade, mas poderia ser melhor.

Boutique hotel worth 5 stars
Pros:

The location of the hotel is excellent. In a quiet alley, just a few steps from Galata tower. Five stars service. The staff is very kind and attentive. Special thanks to Ms. Sevgi who helped me organise a surprise birthday event for my sister.
