The view from the room and the restaurant was fabulous, breakfast was delicious and our stay was great. A big thank you to the staff, as this trip was a birthday surprise and they helped me make it memorable.

Very good location near galata tower, very good breakfast with a great view to the river and the other side of galata bridge, staff was very nice, comfortable room and they had the sweetest kitty on the reception!

Останавливались здесь недавно, и всё прошло просто отлично. Чистые и уютные номера, очень вежливый и отзывчивый персонал, приятная атмосфера. Никаких нареканий - только положительные эмоции. С удовольствием вернемся снова и будем рекомендовать друзьям!
Hotel super centrale, praticamente a 1 minuto a piedi dalla Torre. Personale gentilissimo e disponibile. Al nostro arrivo abbiamo trovato un pacchetto con dei gadget in regalo. Abbiamo anche chiesto una camera più grande e ci è stata concessa con un piccolo extra. Al secondo giorno lo staff ci ha fatto trovare una piccola torta in camera. Una sorpresa! Colazione in terrazza molto buona e varia. In generale lo consiglio
Per ben due volte abbiamo trovato dei capelli nella marmellata in giornate diverse. Lo abbiamo fatto presente allo staff che si è scusato dell'accaduto. La strada che conduce all'hotel è pedonale e spesso sporca ma non è colpa dell'hotel.

and all you need in the room such as kettle with coffee and tea 2 bottles of water that they refill every day, safe box, fridge, slippers, ….

A few things went wrong. Firstly, the room was advertised to have a coffee machine and didn’t have it. Phone didn’t work so we couldn’t reach out to reception. Bathroom door was not closing properly. We asked for toilet roll and it was never delivered to us.

The location and breakfast was incredible. The check ups of the guest relations manager via WhatsApp was also nice. Everything was nice and clean.
The room and bathroom is quite a bit smaller than the pictures show. I would say sharing it between 2 people is a very tight especially when you have luggage. There isn’t really anywhere to put things down or place bags.

This was our third time staying at Meroddi La Porta. The location is excellent, very close to the metro and the main tourist attractions. The hotel and rooms are always clean and well maintained. The breakfast was very good, with a wide variety of food options.
Every time we stay at Meroddi La Porta, we receive a lovely little gift bag from the hotel, which is a thoughtful touch. Special thanks to the Guest Relations Specialist, Sevgi, for her excellent service, and to Mr. Emre from the breakfast team for his kindness and hospitality.
