Buena ubicación, vistas increíbles y personal muy amable

The location, the view from the balcony, the food and the staff

The room a little bit small and the street in front of the hotel is narrow and sometimes full of garbage
Also, the hairdryer was a problem for us, 1-2 minutes after turning it on it stopped and we needed to wait some time

Great location and service
Pros:

Superb location and a short stroll to Galata tower and all cafes and shops, close to all the main sights grand bazaars and Bosphorus, excellent team that helps with everything, great views for breakfast, room was clean and simple for what we needed.

Pros:

Завтра просто чудо, вид на город с терассы, завтрак разнообразный, все супер! Сотрудники услужливые, добрые, хорошо говорят на нескольких языках. Отличный отель с очень хорошим расположением: 100 метров до Галатской башни и 500 метров до улицы Истыклол.

Cons:

В ванне душ не очень хорошо держался на своем месте, но все остальное -- отлично!

اقامة جميلة و مريحة قريب جداً على برج غلاطة .
مطاعم و كوفيهات قريبة و جيدة . يوجد ايضاً بقالة و محال تصريف و شراء هدايا تذكارية .
الفندق كان ممتاز و الشباب طيبون جداً

يناسب السكن العائلي و الشبابي
الليل هادئ ولا يوجد ازعاج السيارات

Good value for the location
Pros:

Excellent location just a couple of minutes to Galata Tower, restaurants and shops.
Room was small but adequate, breakfast was plentiful, and the staff were very good.
It’s down a dirty alley, but it’s very quiet and the hotel is very clean. Views from the rooftop terrace were very good.

Dietro alla Torre di Galata, soggiorno perfetto.
Pros:

A un minuto dalla Torre di Galata.
Colazione ottima e varia. La terrazza ha una vista bellissima su Sulthanamet.
Pulizia e disponibilità del personale.

Il gattino del albergo che accoglie al tuo arrivo.
Pros:

Lo staff era gentilissimo, specialmente Amirhossein alla reception. La colazione era molto buona, con un panorama davvero suggestivo su Istanbul. Le camere erano belle e molto pulite. Ci hanno offerto caffè, acqua, ecc. Inoltre, ci hanno preparato un lunch box per la colazione quando dovevamo uscire prima dell’orario previsto per fare la collazione. Abbiamo trovato anche dei piccoli regalini in camera, un gesto davvero carino. La posizione è molto centrale e comoda per visitare la città. Rapporto qualità e prezzo ottimo.

Cons:

La strada in cui si trova l’hotel era sporca e a volte frequentata da persone poco rassicuranti. Inoltre, i materassi erano un po’ datati e non più in ottime condizioni.
