部屋が少し狭いバスタブがない
Was in such a great location. So close to the train station, food, coffee everything right at your door step. Was very clean. Favourite place I stayed on my whole Japan trip.
Nothing
Rooms were small but fairly ok in the end, we could open our suitcases etc. The curtain separating the bathroom to bed area was good too. Nice big windows with block out blinds. Nice robes. Great area, short walk to Ebisu station and lots of cute bars, restaurants, izakayas around. Quiet too!
No kettle in the room so had to go downstairs to get a tea in the morning which was annoying. A tea or coffee was included in the breakfast, but you had to have it all together at once or else you didn't get it at all, i.e. couldn't just have a tea then get your breakfast later. But the breakfast isn't worth it anyway, very average, better off going to Lawson or Family Mart!

Loved the quiet neighbourhood. Close to train station and a quick ride to Shinjuku. Good restaurants in the area and Natural Lawson nearby has good fresh food and gluten free products. Yebisu Brewery located in Yebisu Garden Place is a great place to visit.
No coffee making facility. Not much space for luggage even though we had small suitcases.
