Completely utterly useless automation

Close to the station

Cons:

Booking not registered in the system. The unmanned checkin system did not find my booking and were forced to enter the names and addresses and all personal details manually for the whole family. Staff were not helpful as though it was our fault that the booking did not appear on the screen.

Cons:

隣室の深夜の騒音が酷くて眠れなかった。
ホテルにその旨を伝えた際の対応が非常によろしくない。あり得ない対応に残念しかないです。
