Nobu hotel is conveniently located in West Loop where many restaurants and shops are situated. The facility is good and clean, I like they tuck your bed at night. I don’t like the elevator is shared with the customers who go to the roof top bar. It can get crowded and awkward.

I had an amazing experience staying at the Nobu Hotel Chicago. From the moment I arrived, the service was outstanding and the hotel exceeded my expectations in every way. The rooms were beautifully designed, impeccably clean, and offered the perfect balance of luxury and comfort. The atmosphere throughout the hotel was sophisticated yet welcoming.
What truly made my stay memorable was the exceptional hospitality from Gino and Ashley. Both went above and beyond to ensure I had everything I needed and made me feel genuinely valued as a guest. Their professionalism, attention to detail, and warm personalities elevated the entire experience and are a true reflection of the hotel’s commitment to excellence.
Nice place to stay...modern industrial type of vibe. Close to loop or united center depending on your activities planned during your stay. Everyone we encounter was pleasant and helpful from valet to security, front desk staff and our bellman Derrick, great help. Would stay again

Modern hotel, located a few steps from a bunch of nice restaurants, gym, and some shops. Rooms had a great view of the city and the staff was attentive and friendly all the time
Parking very expensive
Derrick greeted us upon arrival and helped us get settled . Amazing hotel, location and service. Will be back!
