The staff are super friendly especially Miss Crystal she was a delight. It was clean, decorated well and very convenient.
The parking wasn't terrible but I think could have been a little better.
I liked the room decor. Lots of available outlets and USB ports.
The height of the soap and conditioner in the shower was ridiculously high. My 4'10" 27 year old daughter could not reach them and did not appreciate a parent having to enter the bathroom to get soap and shampoo for her. Young kids certainly would not be able to reach. What were you thinking, Hilton design staff??

The location was great and the staff were friendly. The welcome screen on the TV was cute. I liked having a 24 hour snack bar and a pool table in the lobby. Parking was free. Breakfast was good too.
Our door’s deadbolt didn’t work. You could hear other people going in and out of their doors all night and it was so loud it sounded like they were trying to open your door. The heating system was loud and it made it hard to sleep. The floor in the one elevator was sticky. Breakfast only lasts until 9:30.

Breakfast was nothing to write home about (went out for breakfast instead), shower only had somewhat warm water
A bathtub in the room would be nice. Front desk staff could be more welcoming and not looking at her phone.
The hotel is located very close to the airport which was very convenient for me. The staff were friendly. My room was clean and comfortable. I appreciated the pancake maker they had for breakfast. Overall, I enjoyed my stay. If I ever find myself in Columbus, OH again, I’ll definitely stay again.
The location was safe, quiet, and comfortable. The staff was nice. The room was clean, and amenities were satisfactory.
The only downside was that there was a power outage during my stay due to high winds. On that accord, I was highly inconvenienced. There was no hot water or light in the bathroom or use of the elevator for the first 24 hours of my stay. Though it was no direct fault of the hotel. However, per a call to Booking.com and Hilton after my stay, both gave fair compensation for the inconveniences.

Don’t ever book this place through a 3rd party. They are shady as can be when you do. Gave me free cancellation 2 weeks before my trip and then kept my card on file for 2 weeks to charge me anyway. Then when I call to dispute it, they SWEAR someone checked in and I need to purge the cameras. Absolutely laughable establishment. Genuinely suable. LMFAO claiming I’m there when I have a free cancellation email from over a week ago. Hope yall rot and go out of business
