Excellent hotel with clean room, very near to Kuramae station.
Pros:

Kuramae was just slightly further away from the main Asakusa area, so it was great seeing what a local inner (less touristy) Tokyo neighbourhood was like. Had the chance to see the local eats (which was good) and some local shops with great stuff. Cool robot plaque/sign near hotel pointing out the toy manufacturing history of area. Location was still not that far from Asakusa, and this hotel was right next (1 block) to the Kuramae station

Cons:

It was just slightly further away from Asakusa. So to get here by train meant extra stop and change of trains which just meant more travel time each day. Kuramae station was also not easy to navigate out. Although the hotel was only 1 block away from Kuramae station, getting out at the wrong exit meant that it was like an extra block(twice the time) away from the hotel.

Für mich die perfekte Lage für Tokyo. Mitten drin, aber doch ruhig.
U-Bahn Haltestelle quasi vor der Tür, in nur 3 Minuten erreichbar. Beide Flughäfen mit den Bahnen erreichbar. Und für den kleinen Hunger div. Convenience Stores in unmittelbarer Nähe.

Cons:

Ich war bereits um 12 Uhr am Hotel und da das Zimmer schon fertig war, hatte ich gefragt ob ich eventuell vorher schon Einchecken könnte und das wurde abgelehnt. Ich durfte tatsächlich erst ab 15 Uhr aufs Zimmer. Aber ok.
