Our restaurant is closed on Sunday evenings. There is no elevator at the property. Please note that satellite navigation systems tend to prefer the CF14-9UE postcode. You will see the Manor Parc Hotel just over the motorway bridge on your left-hand side.

Please be aware that music may be played until 1:00 AM on weekends and selected dates. Please contact the hotel if you wish to verify.

Outside guests not staying in the hotel will not be able to access the hotel or bedrooms.Guests are required to show a photo ID and credit card upon check-in. Please note that all Special Requests are subject to availability and additional charges may apply.
A deposit may be required at the property.

Pros:

Clean, quiet and comfortable. I would like to thank all the staff, specially Stuart and the Chef who were very helpful and kind.
The place is lovely , the decor is very classic , dining rooms are cozy and the breakfast was yummy.

Did the job and was value for money
Pros:

Spacious feel to the hotel, relaxed atmosphere, lovely welcome. We only used it to crash after a wedding but it was very comfortable

Breakfast was limited but ample for our needs

I was really impressed with eveything and hope to be back someday.
Pros:

The reception staff were very helpful and kindly carried my suitcase up the stairs for me. I had a cosy, nicely decorated single room with a lovely clean and modern bathroom. I had a very good dinner with excellent food and friendly and helpful service. My breakfast was incuded and was freshly cooked. My poached egg was perfect !

Cons:

I would have liked some plain unsweetened yoghurt with breakfast but there was only fruit yoghurts, which have sugar,so I couldn't have any.

Top notch!
Pros:

The hotel, staff and breakfast were all top notch!. A special shout out goes to the shower and the bed. These two facilities are always top of my list and these were excellent!.

Cons:

The only minor gripe was lack of hanging space. I only stayed one night so wasn't ewally a problem.

Pros:

Very helpful staff.Meals good

Cons:

modern clean shower but could not operate thermostat in it.Temp. went from cold to far too hot in seconds;could not adjust.

So much more than price would suggest. Nostalgic hotel, personal check-in with big ledger. Room was large, clean and comfortable. Free parking.

A superb base for visiting Cardiff if you want a quiet, relaxing experience in a charming atmosphere
Pros:

We had a lovely, large room with a huge bathroom - very comfortable and clean. Superb breakfast, friendly staff, stunning grounds and ample car parking. We would absolutely recommend this hotel and would stay here again (something we don't say about many hotels we stay in!).

Cons:

Nothing, it was all good.

Short, but sweet.
Pros:

Lovely setting, easy parking, friendly helpful staff.

Cons:

We had a balcony but it was shared with a neighbouring room that also overlooked us so had to have curtains shut most of the time which left the room dark. Also no proper full height mirror.

This is the second time I’ve stayed here and I am very satisfied with the hotel and location
Pros:

The Hotel was ideal for a 2 night break with my elderly mother. There was a good selection of meals for dinner and the service was excellent, although the hotel and restaurant were not busy.

Cons:

The breakfast menu was quite limited but adequate and included with the booking.
The car park was quite tight and there was only one disabled space close to the main entrance.
