Our restaurant is closed on Sunday evenings. There is no elevator at the property. Please note that satellite navigation systems tend to prefer the CF14-9UE postcode. You will see the Manor Parc Hotel just over the motorway bridge on your left-hand side.

Please be aware that music may be played until 1:00 AM on weekends and selected dates. Please contact the hotel if you wish to verify.

Outside guests not staying in the hotel will not be able to access the hotel or bedrooms.Guests are required to show a photo ID and credit card upon check-in. Please note that all Special Requests are subject to availability and additional charges may apply.
A deposit may be required at the property.

Would come again however I may have to bring my own pillow!

Excellent hotel and great value for money - will definitely stay here again
Pros:

Staff were excellent and very friendly. Room and all other areas were very clean. Did not have dinner, but breakfast was great with good choice of cooked food and rapid service

Cons:

Bit of noise from the motorway but no more than expected for the location.

A lovely, clean hotel with super friendly staff on hand to help out.
Pros:

The rooms were spotless and had everything we would need for our stay. The ensuite in the deluxe single was clean and had a lovely shower, with an over-the-head shower; perfect considering I'm 6'7"! Staff were really friendly and helpful throughout our stay. Breakfast was provided with the room and had plenty available. The grounds around the property are gorgeous and perfectly kept, and plenty of free car parking available.

Cons:

Due to the recent heatwave, the rooms were very hot and didn't have air conditioning, and there didn't seem to be any fans in the room. The windows were openable which did provide enough cooling though so we didn't trouble the staff to ask if they could supply them, so they may have been available.

Friendly stay, lacking amenities
Pros:

Clean and the staff were lovely

Cons:

The beds were uncomfortable, no air conditioning and it was too hot to sleep.
Breakfast was very limited in choice and quality.
Three coat hangers in a tiny wardrobe and no fridge in the room

Would like to return one day
Pros:

Very nice hotel and would definitely recommend. It was cosy and clean and the staff were friendly and welcoming, they booked a taxi for us when we were struggling to get an uber. The breakfast was good too.

Cons:

The location is a little out the way, however busses are good and we knew this when booking. We were a bit tired after our concert and would have liked the breakfast times to be on for a bit longer, though this isn’t much of a problem and we had a great stay

Excellent, friendly and helpful staff and great location.
Pros:

Breakfast was excellent and relaxed. It was great to sit out on the terrace, in the sun, in the lovely surroundings after breakfast and have a coffee. Plenty of car parking space. Two nice cats in the gardens!

Very friendly staff
Pros:

I don't usually leave reviews but the staff were so lovely and helpful that I felt compelled to. Great staff, nice breakfast, clean room with everything you need, no complaints about the hotel itself and the staff, all praises.

Cons:

The only slight nitpick is the location, as it's a 20 minute drive from Cardiff Central, but it's not really an issue if you're driving or taking public transport, otherwise the taxis to and from would obviously be a bit pricey.
