Very central location but run down
Pros:

Very central location. Fast and smooth check-in. Friendly staff, when we saw them. Free water bottles was great with the hot weather.

Cons:

Could hear everything in the corridor and neighboring rooms. Light came in from the corridor through cracks around the door. Bed was not great but pillows OK, and better than many hotels. Old run down building.

Pros:

There is maybe no better location to wake up in San Sebastian! Facing the main square you're litterally in the heart of the old town. The rooms were basic and clean. Everything you need!

Cons:

Yoj definitely pay the price of the location, rather than the room itself: but it was worth it!

Pros:

Excellent location with parking at a 3 minute walk.
The room was perfectly cleaned and organised with all the necessary comforts. Our host was readily available and welcoming giving us all the necessary information for a lovely stay.

situé sur la place de la constitution l'établissement était completement silencieux.
Donc une situation parfaite et une chambre propre et fonctionnelle en plein coeur de san sebastian.
L'hote vous donne des conseils pour le parking a proximité qui reste cher.

Cons:

Rien. Correspond parfaitement aux attentes de quelqu'un qui veut visiter San sebastian, a deux pas de la plage, et avec la possibilité de sortir au bout de la nuit sans avoir a prendre un taxi ou marcher des heures.

Perfect position, lovely staff.
Pros:

Logistically the hotel is in a perfect position. Close to all the areas where we wanted to be. Quiet and comfortable and on top of that staff was very nice and pleasant.

Cons:

Nothing - We really enjoyed the place.
