Pros:

Clean rooms, comfortable beds, every staff member we came across was very friendly and greeted us, breakfast was great. Will definitely be staying here again!

The room size, in-room amenities and hotel amenities, i.e., Bar-B-Que, pool, free parking & breakfast.

Cons:

A bit far from Downtown Ft. Meyers but the trade off is worth the 20 minute drive.

Pros:

The room size and both in-room and facility amenities are first rate. The value for the dollar cost is great.

Cons:

I would prefer this same facility a bit closer to downtown Ft. Meyers but I totally understand the tradeoff and chose to stay a bit further out for the amenities this establishment provides.

Clean room, & staff were very friendly.

Cons:

We were there for 8 days & pool, was closed for resurfacing. We were permitted to go to hotel (Hampton Inn) next door during our stay, but it was inconvenient going there as I've had a recent knee replacement, & noticed that pool & pool area was only cleaned one time (there were cigarette butts & even an empty cigarette box that sat there for days) very surprised with that considering it's a sister hotel. Hotel manager Lorrena H. offered us an extra night stay after i approached her, of which wasn't possible as our flight was already booked. She said she couldn't give me a discount cause i pre-booked stay.
