Cleanliness
9.4
Multiple reviews explicitly praise cleanliness (نظيف, جميييل ونظييييييف, 'place clean'), and guests mention quiet and tidy rooms; only a few minor issues (bathroom smell noted once).
Service
10
Consistent, strong positive sentiment about staff and reception (very helpful, quick response, friendly, specific praise for 'Omar' and rapid room-change service), justifying a top score.
Location
10
Repeated mentions of 'excellent location' and proximity to the specialist hospital; many reviewers highlight the convenient, central position.
Room Quality
7.8
Mixed comments: some rooms described as spacious and comfortable, but complaints include an old TV, unpleasant bathroom odor, uncomfortable pillows and mattress, and an unimpressive terrace view.
Amenities
8.5
Guests note basic amenities provided (toiletries, prayer rug) but several mention missing items (no moisturizer/conditioner) and limited service (only two bottles of water brought when requested).
Value for Money
7.5
Value is a weaker area: one explicit comment about high price and multiple mentions that breakfast is not included, lowering perceived value for some guests.

Few comments overall: breakfast time was acceptable for one guest, but many stayed without included breakfast; no strong positive/negative consensus.
Overall Experience

Pros:

Cons:
