お客様に向き合う姿勢が素晴らしい

スタッフの対応が良く、宿泊客への接客やホテルを良くしたいという意識がとても高い。
チェックアウト後にフロントに用があり戻ったら、カフェスペースで清掃係が集まり真剣にミーティングしていた。
「ただキレイにすれば良いだけではない。些細なことでも気付いたことがあれば、確実に連絡して丁寧に対応していこう」と。うわべだけではないんだなと向き合う姿勢に感動した。

Cons:

とにかく部屋が狭い。遠方からだったので大きいスーツケースが2つあったため、歩くスペースがほとんどなくなってしまった。荷物の整理にもちょっと困った。

I would definately recommend the hotel . Good location, very good breakfast, good service.
Pros:

Location close to subway stations and Yokohama stadium, 30 minutes walking distance to Pacifico Yokohama exhibition center

Great centrally located hotel
Pros:

The location is great. Didn't eat the breakfast, but seemed quite nice. It's quiet, the AC works and there are no sounds audible into the room. Comfy beds and the pillows were surprisingly nice. The hotel is right next to Chinatown, the Yokohama Stadium and the old town waterfront. There are three rail lines less than 10 minute walk away.

Cons:

Room is bit small, but that's to be expected. It's a business hotel, so don't expect being able to open your oversized luggage.
