最高でした！
Pros:

無料で朝食、フリードリンクがついていたので、よかったです。到着する前に駐車場の件でメールや電話で相談させてもらえて、スタッフの方が丁寧に教えてくれたこと、気さくに話しかけてもらえたこともよかったです。

舒適乾淨且就在橫濱棒球場旁邊我覺得非常棒，而且員工對我這個日文和英文都不好的旅客非常溫柔且很有耐心的接待，讓我感到溫馨，早餐也非常好吃，作為一個大型連鎖商旅，價錢也非常的便宜

An excellent, high-quality Hotel which worked very well for us as a family.
Pros:

Well organised and located. Staff v helpful. Nice touches like the welcome drinks and the offer of free amenities to enhance your stay made it more than just a routine city hotel.
