Die Lage ist super, massig gute Restaurants direkt beim Hotel.

Cons:

Für mich nur Oktober bis März eine Option, wenn es wärmer wird, werden die Zimmer stickig und man kann nachts nicht ernsthaft lüften weil alles direkt zu sehr lauten Venloer raus geht.

Pros:

Ligging! Een heel gezellige straat met veel horeca en allerlei winkels van thee tot boeken tot bakkers en eko-supermarkt.
Metro is vlakbij, dus een half uur lopen naar het centrum hoeft niet.

Cons:

Parkeerkosten zijn hoog (60 euro voor 2 nachten)

Pros:

The location was great — a very cozy neighborhood with a beautiful view from the 9th floor apartment. Most of the main attractions were within walking distance. There are plenty of restaurants and cafés around the building, and even a small playground nearby for children. The area around the building is pedestrian-only, so it might get noisy at night, but the hosts thoughtfully provided earplugs. Personally, we did not find it too noisy.
I also liked that everything was completely contactless. We never had to meet anyone in person — you simply enter a code to access the hotel, elevator, and room. The apartment itself was very cozy and clean. Everything was compact but well organized, and the room had everything needed to prepare simple meals.
It was also very nice that they prepared the sofa bed for our child in advance, so we effectively had two proper beds in the room.

Cons:

If you plan to stay for a longer period, it would be helpful to have at least a proper broom and a bucket with a mop/cloth for cleaning. It was also quite hot during our stay, and the air conditioner did not cool the room very well — although it was around 30°C outside, so that may have affected it

Pros:

Der Self Check in ist praktisch

Cons:

Es war leider viel zu heiß im Zimmer und nur ein kleines Klimagerät, wo der Schlauch aus dem Fenster muss hat nichts geholfen. Außerdem war das Handtuch zerrissen und in der Früh war Wasser im Bad, was wohl über die Leitung vom Waschbecken ausgelaufen ist. Zudem hat es im Bad allgemein unangenehm gerochen. Alles in allem leider keine Empfehlung.

War super! Wir kommen gerne wieder.
Pros:

Unser Zimmer lag im 8. Stock mit toller Aussicht. Besonders schön waren die Sonnenuntergänge.

Im Zimmer gibt es einen Wasserkocher, eine Kaffeemaschine und Tee und Kaffeekapseln.

Schlichte, moderne Einrichtung

Tolle Dusche mit starkem Strahl und genügend Platz

Cons:

Leider gibt es in der Unterkunft kein Frühstück.
