Zimmer war sehr sauber. Wir hatten alles was wir zum kochen gebraucht haben. Dampfbad ist der Hammer wir waren sehr sehr zufrieden. .

Cons:

Mich hat nur die Kissen gestört. Ein Kissen und platt, zum schlafen ungemütlich.

Modernes Hotel mit schöner Ausstattung

Cons:

Das Personal schien teilweise mit Basisaussagen überfordert zu sein. Allein den Hinweis auf weitere Parkmöglichkeiten beim Check-in nicht zu erwähnen und man das als Ausweichmöglichkeit zur Verfügung stehende Parkhaus auf eigene Faust suchen musste, war Nachts eher suboptimal. Hier wäre zumindest ein Hinweisschild auf das Hotelparkhaus sehr hilfreich gewesen. Auch das die Bar an einem Freitag bereits um 23:00 Uhr schließt, ist für uns nicht ganz nachvollziehbar.

Hervorragendes Hotel mit kleinen Macken

- Sehr modernes und schick eingerichtetes Zimmer
- die Dampfbad-Dusche ist unerwartet gut
- großer Fernseher
- Sauberkeit
- Freundlichkeit der Mitarbeiter
- Allgemeines Erscheinungsbild des Hotels ist hervorragend
- fantastische zentrale Lage direkt am Hafen

Cons:

- Zimmer sind durch die große Glasfront sehr einsehbar
- es gibt zwar eine kostenlose Unterstellmöglichkeit für die Fahrräder (positiv), aber die ist leider 100m vom Hotel in einem Parkhaus gelegen

Auf Nachfrage gab es ein Upgrade auf Zimmer mit Hafenblick. Schön die großen Fähren vom Zimmer aus fahren zu sehen.
Abschließbare Fahrradgarage. Leider konnten die ebikes dort nicht geladen werden. Ansonsten alles super und sehr umfangreiches Frühstück.

Cons:

Lademöglichkeit für ebikes fehlen.
