Pros:

Great location for Arena and Exhibition centre. Just down from China Town. The nearby Love Lane Brewery is highly recommended.
There is a 24 hour public car park nearby for £8 a day.
The hotel feels like a film set. It’s very striking.
Staff were helpful. Breakfast had a modern twist and was as substantial as you wanted it to be.
Room was tight and had a few problems; troublesome key card, no tv channels (had to s’cast from phone), shower extractor fan didn’t work…

This has been me and my partners 3rd time staying in this hotel, we have stayed every time we have visited Liverpool as we love the hotel so much. It is a great location and the staff are absolutely incredible! They have been amazing every time we have visited. The rooms are also incredible too, my boyfriend is a big music fan and he loves all the decoration in here
