Service is none existent, quality of room condition,
Stayed for 2 nights, the staff was lovely! They were very helpful and polite. We were also walking distance from the city centre, around a 15-20 min. walk.
Unfortunately the state of the room was a bit dissapointing. The carpets in the room looked dirty, the bathroom was dirty, toilet seat seemed like it wasn't cleaned, the black sink looked like it still had toothpaste marks in it. The tv remote also had a build up of dirt inbetween the buttons.

Great location, decor was quirky and bed comfortable
Have stayed a few times and feels like it hasn't been updated in years. Brown marks all over curtains, paint has chips over it, patched up ceiling, burn marks over carpet and missing bedside table.
