The person who greeted us on reception was really amazing and so friendly!

The location was also bob on.

Cons:

The room was disappointing and we had such a terrible nights sleep that instead of exploring the city we opted to come straight home we were so tired.
Bed was uncomfortable
Pillows very firm
The carpet was covered with stains
The room got very hot despite aircon - a floor fan was provided but it was quite loud
The street sounds were very loud despite the window being closed
Noisy hotel neighbours
Blackout blind wasn’t fitted well so light leaked in at the crack of dawn and it was was broken so we couldn’t pull it up in the morning
One of the bedside lights was broken
The coffee cups needed a clean before we could use them.

Excellent hotel, lovely staff and great food!
Pros:

Really friendly, helpful staff. Breakfast was delicious. Bed was really comfortable and the air conditioning in the room was great! The room was small but it was a ‘snug room’ so expected and ideal for our stay.Loved the music theme thoughout the hotel. Would recommend and definitely stay again. Great location for waterfront and centre of town and main attractions.

Nice hotel great value for money

Minutes walk to both staff were friendly and very pleasant.. breakfast was really nice with plenty to choose from of the menu

Cons:

The blinds in the bedroom have fairly big gaps down the sides which let a fair bit of light it also no plug socket for the kettle only minor things

Don’t bother!

Cons:

The bed and pillows are uncomfortable. The net curtains were hanging off. The bathroom-mould in the corner of bath, bath panel not secured and mastic everywhere else but bath panel! On the wall, on the floor….toilet seat very loose, person on reception area didn’t really welcome us at all, was just looking at his screen. I have requested early check in (1pm) to be told on the day the best they can do is 2pm….i requested champagne for our room as it was my husband birthday. I have left messages on booking and phone….no answer….when I have told him about this, he didn’t even apologise! Absolutely shocking! For the price it’s absolutely not worth it.
