The staff were cautious and kind.
The location is good.
It took the facility 3days to fix the lift which was faulty . My room was at the 6th floor.
Hot shower burned my body no cold water had jump out soap on me pain roasting hot water couldn't turn heating off to hot no sleep all night nightmare

The room we got was the smallest room we ever had. We were almost unable to open the suit case. However, it was cosy and clean and the bathroom was excellent.

Colazione non a buffet ma bisogna scegliere fra diverse opzioni senza poter aggiungere altro che è a pagamento, tempi lunghi. Servizio colazione scarso da parte del personale addetto: bisogna sempre chiedere lo zucchero, posate e tovagliolo non sempre ci sono e non sempre sono puliti.
Rapporto qualità prezzo non adeguato.

The location was the only positive
Staff were non existent, cleanliness was diabolical and even when speaking to the staff regarding this, the answer was “I’ll let the manager know tomorrow”.
We ordered a babies cot within the app and was told, no one had pre booked a cot. After showing the staff member proof, he finally said he would look for one, that took nearly an hour. But we shouldn’t have to prove that messages were sent whilst holding a baby.
Overall, never again and I wouldn’t advise others to do so either.
Short walk from city centre
Wasn’t very clean , but this was potentially due to all of the ongoing building works within the hotel , the first floor was a building site and our room had part of the ceiling missing with wiring hanging into the room.

Non so se ci han dato la camera sbagliata, ma era minuscola e pulita indecentemente, non rispettava affatto la camera assegnataci in prenotazione
Pur avendo fatto notare la cosa, non ci é stata cambiata.
Illuminazione debole, quasi assente; con le pareti scure e la finestra ad altezza pavimento rendeva il tutto molto tetro
Bagno al di la del minimale e lavandino in mezzo alla stanza
Se questo é un quattro stelle, credo abbiamo ampiamente sbagliato la valutazione.
