I had a great stay at the Milpitas Elementary. Everyone was great and tried their best to make sure we enjoyed our stay. The evening reception was relaxing and enjoyable and special thank to the manager who had been there since CD early morning helping with breakfast. A special thanks to Davina, at the front desk, she went above and beyond to make sure all our needs were met!

This was one of the best hotels I’ve stayed at. The rooms were amazing and spacious, the breakfast was outstanding and the staff was the best!

Our stay was excellent, but what truly stood out was the level of thoughtful, personalized service we received—especially from Davina.

During our stay, we casually asked about the complimentary tea that was served the previous evening. Instead of just pointing us to it, Davina went out of her way to freshly brew some for us and even packaged a few tea leaves for us to take home. That small gesture turned into a memorable highlight.

What impressed us even more was her attentiveness after checkout. She didn’t have to, but she made the effort to bring us water bottles as we were leaving—something simple, yet incredibly considerate and reflective of genuine hospitality.

It’s rare to come across service that feels this intentional and human. Davina elevated our entire experience, and because of her, we’ll definitely remember this stay and recommend it to others

Breakfast is beyond my expectations! I am globalist for the Hyatt not the top tier for the Marriott. But when we come to San Jose to visit our sons we prefer to stay here! I want to say big Thanks for Staffs : Aurora, John, Fernanda, Mariana, they are the best!
We will keep coming back!

The room was so spacious and clean, all the staff was very friendly.

Shout out to Davina at the front desk always helping out in last minute changes making it a smooth transition.

This is the 2nd time I stay at this location. The rooms are clean and staff is friendly and helpful, from the check-in desk, to the housekeeping staff. Shoutout to Mey, John and Mariana. Despite it being a very busy morning because of a kids hockey tournament, they still took the time to help with my requests and kept the breakfast area stocked.

I had such a great experience at Element Hotel! From the moment I walked in, everything felt clean, modern, and welcoming. The rooms were spacious, comfortable, and thoughtfully designed — and I especially loved that the room had a mini kitchen. It made the stay so much more convenient having a refrigerator, microwave, sink, and space to prep small meals. Perfect for longer stays or just having snacks and drinks on hand.

A huge shoutout to Davina at the front desk — she was absolutely amazing! She was friendly, professional, and genuinely helpful from start to finish. She went above and beyond to make sure I felt taken care of, answered all my questions with a smile, and made the entire experience seamless.

Customer service like hers truly makes a difference. I’ll definitely be staying here again. Highly recommend!
