This hotel is outstanding. I don't know why their rating is low. We had a fabulous time.
Some highlights:
- They let me check in at 11 AM when I got into town. So amazing to get in the room right away.
- They gave me a late check out of 1 PM, which was really clutch for my 2 PM train. Very nice and accommodating.
- They let me store my rented bike in the room, and it was super easy to get it on the elevator and to my room.
- The free breakfast is solid for a hotel free breakfast.
- The happy hour on weeknights with a free beer and bread/cheese/olives is a nice touch.
The hotel is new, clean, modern, and the location is AMAZING. It's a 5 minute walk from City Hall, which has a subway that will take you south to a Phillies/Eagles/76ers game in 15 minutes. Or west to the 30th Street Station to catch Amtrak. So convenient. We found the surrounding area highly walkable and bikable with lots of restaurants and shopping.
The rooms have a fridge, stove, and dishwasher. We only used the fridge. Big bathroom. Comfortable beds. Nice desk. Great view on the 19th floor of the city. We were room 1906.
The rooms did not have USB-C ports, which surprising me considering it seemed so new. The blackout curtains were not the best... lots of light got through in the morning, but I wear a sleepmask so it was fine.
Would absolutely stay here again.
Everything about the hotel
For our first stay in Philadelphia the Elements was just great! The only drawback is that is an area close by that seems kind of trendy with lots of good restaurants that we walked to- but walking back in the evening the area felt kind of sketchy with a fair amount of homeless individuals. Having lived in NYC for many years I was equipped for it but just giving a heads up- great hotel and would stay there again!
La limpieza, la amabilidad del personal y las cortesías del hotel (desayuno y tentempié por la tarde). Excelente ubicación, habitación amplia y cómoda.

Cost of parking
Very good location. Nice rooms. Staff very helpful. Breakfast was decent
Nothing
Skvela poloha hotelu, byli jsme v patre 28 a meli jsme nadherny výhled. Snidane v poradku, lepší je vyhnout se ranní spicce
The room was quiet and the furnishings well designed; the bed and pillows (there were 4) exceptionally comfortable.
A minor improvement is possible: the toilet could have been higher, that is like my home toilet, ADA-approved 16" high.
Great location, large clean room, good breakfast
Expensive, parking is overpriced given that already spending close to $500 just for room.
The location of the hotel is great if you are touring City Hall or visiting Reading Market, or LOVE Park. LOTS of homeless people lying around this area of the city.
The free breakfast is mediocre. Skip the cold breakfast potatoes and the turkey sausage and choose granola, plain or vanilla yogurt, and banana instead. Breakfast seating is limited. Good coffee and a toaster for bread and bagels.
Front desk is on second floor. We were in room 2111 which was near elevator. The elevator went up and didn’t all night with a boom at every stop. Street noise bearable. We were there three night and were told we would have housekeeping the second night. This never happened.
No ice maker in refrigerator or on floors. Ice can be picked up in the freezer in the Restore near front desk. Plastic ice tray in freezer, do not ice on arrival.
Two people in room and only two towels and one wash cloth left. I put dirty towels outside room door and was scolded by Housekeeping.
Kitchenette has four plates, glasses, and coffee cups. There is dishwasher detergent.
Room has a small sofa but no extra blankets. Water pressure adequate.
Must tap door key in elevator for three seconds then quickly push button for floor.
I did not like the overall vibe. I will not choose this hotel brand in the future. Pricy!
Stunning view
