not pleasant at all
Pros:

close proximity to Gateway mall, and availability of property driver who was friendly.

Cons:

1. There were no porters to help with luggages, and I had so many staff as I was traveling out of the country. On check in day, my brother had to help me out with bags. On check out day, I had to struggle on my own.

2. Breakfast is not included in the price, yet it's >2k per night.
3. When you check in and the kitchen has already closed, you can't make a request for the following morning's breakfast. I Asked if the can pack my breakfast the following morning since I will be leaving too early for the airport, I was told the kitchen stuff has closed, so the reception stuff cannot take that request.
4. The only window that's availabe, doesn't open.

Great location, beautiful recreational facilities and very friendly staff.

Food acceptably fair, but they can do much better in the kitchen. Very limited menu.

Was very average
Pros:

Heated pool was nice but it discolored my silver chains.

Cons:

Bed was so noisy. Everything i turned it woke me and my wife up.
Curtain did not close properly. Had to sleep with it opened and light came through.

Pros:

The breakfast was lovely. The heated pool was lovely too.

Cons:

We were told we had to pay R50.a day for parking which is a bit silly since we are staying there so parking should be paid for. However when we left we didn't pay so I'm not sure why at check in we were told that we would have to pay.
