The hotel is located near downtown . It is tastefully decorated and so very clean. This is my second stay here. It is now my go-to hotel when visiting Greenville.
Room was clean, good breakfast.
Memory foam mattress; uncomfortable, hot and difficult for senior/disabled to get out of. Legs of bed support stick out past edge of mattress creating a tripping hazard. Rude guests in parking area after hours shouting at cellphones.
The price leads on what made this a great place to stay. The breakfast was fine with biscuits, sausage patties, sausage gravy, scrambled eggs, waffles, muffins, clementines, bananas, coffee, juice - all good.
My wife thought it was too far from downtown Greenville. I thought the two-mile distance would have been easily walkable.
Breakfast , Coffee - not great! but for the price - it was a great place to sleep! I will go back!

Staff was not welcoming at all.front desk agent blatantly lied when he told me after 1 night that I could not extend because he was completely booked.I booked online and rooms were avail. He was very angry and threatened to call authorities!He was forced to honor reservation And the group he said was coming never materialized.
What a cute spot! A classic old motel spruced up to look both up-to-date & retro. Our room is immaculate. WiFi no problem. AC works superbly, location easy to find near tons of places to eat. Man at desk was courteous & helpful, a real professional. Will definitely recommend & return.
Room was clean. Staff was nice but not friendly. Location was nice super close to downtown and food options.
The room was definitely old, a lot of the floor what creek very loudly when walking. The front door had a huge gap where a lot of light can through at the bottom.
Had to leave early but they let us in to get coffee at 5:30am.

I loved the location it was safe and in what appears to be an up and coming area. The beds and pillows were comfortable. The breakfast was above what I was expecting at the price I paid.
