There was no hot water in the shower.
Pros:

The hotel is new, its facilities are good, breakfast was also good.

Cons:

I cannot bathe in ice water at any time, hot water came out of the shower, I had to bathe and my children with cold water.

I stayed at this Best Western in April, while moving my furnishings to Prescott from a storage unit in Tolleson (west Valley). My stay was terrific; the room, the amenities, the location. Decided to book another room while in Phoenix this weekend and again, it was a great experience. The hotel is a short drive from my home in Prescott…81 miles, per Google Maps…and It’s close to several freeways (101, 17, 51). A convenient starting point for wherever I need to be in north Phoenix or Scottsdale.

I thought there would be a coffee maker in the room and I wish the pool was opened earlier for older adults like me for exercise

Maid service at different times every morning. Limited towels. Bed not made each day.
