最高に良かったです。
Pros:

ロケーションは最高です。駅ビル内で、夕食にも、ショッピングにも大満足です。
朝食は、メインで焼き魚や煮魚があり、いつも美味しくいただいております。

施設面は良好、フロント対応はドライ
Pros:

施設面が新しめで快適でした。アメニティのボディソープ類は非常に良い香りで最高でした。また、客室のソファーは便利でした。

Cons:

チェックインの際、研修生が担当となったが、予約状況の確認がなかなかとれず、数分間無駄に待たされました。それは仕方ないとしても、すぐ横に他の従業員が二名いたのに、全く我関せず…客を待たせているのに、なぜ研修生の支援にまわらないのが疑問でしたので減点。また、挨拶を含め、全般的にフロントに活気がないと感じた。

Location was perfect, staff was kind, cleaning was on point and the TV showing laundry machine status is so clever!

Cons:

Only one elevator from hotel down but no big deal if not in a rush.
