La habitación limpia. Realmente no disfrutamos del hotel. Estuvimos solo un día y llegamos a dormir, al día siguiente salimos muy temprano. La cercanía al ADO.

Obiekt był piękny, bardzo czysty i obsługa była bardzo miła i pomocna przez cały czas.

Cons:

Na początku pokój był troche nieprzygotowany, nie było ręczników i mydeł. Ale poprosiliśmy obsługe i otrzymaliśmy potrzebne produkty od razu, oraz podczas codziennego sprzątania obsługa dbała o wymiane ręczników/dodawanie mydła na bieżąco.

Cons:

When we arrived at the Hotel in the evening, the staff told us the room we booked is not available. They didn't contact us beforehand and left us stranded in Bacalar. They said they have this issue often. Then they refused to cancel and told us we had to do it. Even tho cancelation is not free of charge. Never again.

Alojamiento con parking, zona simpática y no muy lejos en coche del centro.

Cons:

Habitación con goteras por la lluvia, llena de mosquitos y 0 flexibilidad con el check-in aunque la habitación estuviera libre. Además, la limpieza de la habitación se hacía sobre las 16h...Hora a la que se suele pasar por la habitación antes de seguir con las actividades del día.
