Great for the price!!
Pros:

The location was excellent!! Price was even better. Great service!! Nice people!

Cons:

Well, you get what you pay for but understanding that, what we got was amazing!! Showers were really weak and the beds were a bit hard but the sand is feels away. Beach isn't great, but views are. You can go to that beach or one of the more popular beaches there.

A good hotel with helpful staff, who did everything to make my stay comfortable.
Pros:

The staff were responsive when I raised concerns about my first room and moved me to one with a much better pool and garden view. The property itself was comfortable enough, and staying there helped me start exploring and understanding the different areas of Phuket.

Cons:

My original room faced the back of the property, and although I asked about upgrading, there was no sea-view option available. The biggest disadvantage was the location, as it felt disconnected from central Patong and required more planning and transport than I expected, which reduced the value of my limited time in Phuket.
