Joli petit hotel bien placé
Pros:

L’hôtel et sa jolie piscine arborée sont beaux, le personnel très agréable et la proximité à pied des restaurants et boutiques très pratique. Les petits plus forts sympathiques : navettes gratuites, goûter offert et très bons petits déjeuner.

Cons:

Le fait qu’il n’y ait pas de porte dans la salle de bain et une porte de toilettes peu phonique sont dommages.

It is a small hotel set back from the main road but easy walking distance to everything. The staff were very friendly and helpful and there is a free shuttle to take you to most of the places we wanted to visit

Lovely oasis not far from the action in Ubud
Pros:

Great location near central ubud - excellent shuttle service to the town centre. Lovely swimming pool and very helpful and welcoming and expert staff who go the extra mile for guests. Great breakfast!

Cons:

Only one minor point, the drainage from the bathroom sink was very slow! But shower was perfect :)

Fantastische service en heel lief personeel, die alles voor je willen doen. Goed ontbijt met veel keus. Mooie locatie in het centrum, met veel op loopafstand. Of je maakt gebruik van de gratis shuttle van het hotel. Prima eten, ook voor een betaalbare prijs.

Had such a lovely stay at Sabana Ubud and would definitely recommend it!

The hospitality here is truly top-notch. Every single staff member was incredibly warm and friendly, and you can really feel the genuine Balinese hospitality throughout your stay. A special thank you to Adi, who was always checking in to see if we needed anything or if everything was comfortable. We really appreciated how attentive and thoughtful she was.

One thing we loved was the complimentary shuttle service to Ubud city centre. All you have to do is send them a WhatsApp message about 15 minutes beforehand, and they’ll arrange it for you. It made getting around so easy.

Breakfast was another highlight! It’s served until 11am, which was perfect for a relaxing holiday, and there was a great variety of options. Everything we tried was delicious.

We also enjoyed the complimentary afternoon tea every day. It’s a small touch, but it made our stay feel even more special.

And finally… if you’re a cat lover, Sabana Bliss has the cutest resident cat.

Overall, such a comfortable stay with amazing service. We’d happily come back the next time we’re in Ubud!

Great breakfast and a wonderful staff. This is my 2nd stay and I will come back if return to Bali.
Pros:

Quite and clean. Staff was exceptional-friendly and accommodating.

Cons:

Nothing really. Did wish I could get CNN on the TV but that was a minor issue.

Magnifique!! Hôtel où on se sent bien🤩

Quasiment tout : l’emplacement, la beauté des chambres, les matériaux utilisés, la gentillesse et la disponibilité du personnel, l’esprit familial, le petit déjeuner, les shuttles pratiques pour se rendre au centre. Il est possible de faire laver son linge et c’est très rapide. Pour moi qui suit difficile au niveau propreté, vous pouvez y aller sans réfléchir.

Cons:

Les petites fourmis toujours présentes dans les chambres. Elles piquent. Mais honnêtement moi qui ait très peur des insectes, ça ne m’a pas déranger plus que ça.

Cons:

The only minor issue and this is common in many accommodations in Bali is that some pillows have mold inside the cover; not a lot, but there are black dots. This happens when guests shower before bed and go to sleep with wet hair, and the pillows never dry out properly in this humid climate. You should at least put a towel on the pillow before going to sleep. Alternatively, if it’s too bad, ask for clean pillows.

The hotel is in a great location in the old town, with many attractions, restaurants, and shops within walking distance. The room was spacious, clean, and very comfortable. The staff were friendly, welcoming, and always happy to help. We really enjoyed our stay and would definitely recommend this hotel to anyone visiting the city.
