I just wanted to thank you for setting up my lengthy stay at the Towneplace during February to April.
I love staying there — its clean, its quiet, the room is perfect, and provides me with everything I need during a very busy time.
I also want to send a shout out to your staff, especially Serafina. While the entire staff was friendly, accommodating, accessible, and knowledgeable, she definitely stood out.
All in all, its a wonderful place to stay. I will be in town off and on during the rest of the year and will continue to look to your hotel first for accommodations.
Again, I can't thank you enough for all of the help and will see you again soon.

My son and I traveled to Glendale so he could visit his best friend for his 13th birthday for 4-days/3-nights. We brought our two cats and the offered breakfast, pool, gym, laundry services, suite kitchen, and location near outlet stores, plentiful food establishments, AMC theaters, and even Dave & Busters as options were enticing. Serafina A. at the front desk greeted us and she was friendly and authentic right away providing toiletries as we needed them and answering our many questions. She always glowed as she said hello and ensured we were comfortable; feeling like a home away from home. When I inquired about dessert options since it was my son’s birthday, he was greeted by Ursula and Serafina that evening with a Happy Birthday balloon, gift bag with sweet treats to enjoy and a lovely card offering a complimentary food item. He got the hot brownies with ice cream and we all sang Happy Birthday in the lobby. I will never forget the moment as he smiled and felt seen. Thank you Serafina and Ursula for making a birthday getaway more than we could imagine!! It was so thoughtful and their compassion and empathy on full display. We chose the right place to stay and have not experienced this level of customer service ever. I highly recommend that you stay here! We wanted an experience and we got one, inside and outside of Townplace Suites.

Sarafina at the night front desk took such good care of us. She totally went beyond her responsibilities.
The breakfast buffet was amazing. The lady that ran the buffet took such good care of everyone. She worked that buffet like a queen. Food never ran out. And mind u, she had two soccer teams and regular guest that she was feeding.

I can not say enough about this hotel and the staff. But, I want to send a heartfelt THANKYOU to Seraphina. She was so welcoming. Anything we needed she was more than happy to accommodate. She was always there with a smile when we walked in the door. We were here for graduation and she actually presented my adopted son a graduation gift, which was just such a heart back. I will definitely be staying in a townhouse when I travel again, and I travel a lot. This was just phenomenal again. I cannot say enough about Serafina, though I truly truly deemed her as one of my family one of my tribe. Now she just was absolutely amazing so kind so sweet willing to go that extra no matter what and quickly thank you again to everybody here the staff everybody down to the people that do the cooking in the morning just phenomenal stay.

Serfina was awesome!!!! She made me feel comfortable and answered all my questions and concerns. Thank you for making my stay worth the pay.

Our visit was warm and somewhat like a family feel. All the amenities were explained and enjoyed! You can never get enough of the smiles around here. Saraphina brought smiles and was very helpful and sharing the entertainment in the area.

The hotel looked very nice on the outside, as well as on the inside. It smelled good once I walked through the door. It was clean including my room. The beds were very comfortable. I loved how spacious the room was.

Stayed here for a week. Didn't think it could get better a second time but did. Ananda at the front desk was amazing! Super friendly, helpful and always with a smile and a hello. Never took advantage of the free breakfast but looked good. The rooms were clean and had amenities to do some cooking. The pool and hottub were well kept and the gym was sufficient to do morning workouts. Close to Westgate Shopping and restaurant district.

Hotel location was great, room was clean, spacious and staff was welcoming! Serrafina was amazing at securing our room, bags and communication was great - she’s a GEM!!

Great Hotel. The rooms and surrounding property were extremely clean. The front desk staff was especially friendly. Ursula at the front desk was very helpful and professional! We will be back!

Stayed at TownePlace Suites Glendale and while I enjoyed everything being clean, comfortable, and well run, the real highlight was how much my friend loved the hot tub. Truly. Peak joy. Absolute relaxation. I don’t think I’ve ever seen someone so content to be submerged in warm, bubbling water.

The hot tub became a nightly event, and honestly, seeing my friend that happy made the whole stay better for me too. Staff were great, the hotel was spotless, and the vibes were excellent but watching my friend at his happiest was truly the highlight for me.

Would definitely stay again. Mostly for the hot tub. And the happiness it brings.

Great 3 weeks here with work. Rooms are cleaned often, pool area is well kept, very friendly staff as well. Highly recommend this hotel for your next stay in Glendale
