安心して帰って来られる場所
Pros:

とても綺麗で、温泉もあり、接客もおもてなしの心が感じられたところ。２回目の利用ですが、１回目の時の感動と同じものでした。

Service is exceptional. Location is awesome, right next to subway station and coffee shop/ convenient store nearby. All the facilities are very resident friendly. It is very comfortable to enjoy hot bath after a long walk everyday.

Cons:

Would be great if there is a gym.

また滞在したいホテルの1つになりました
Pros:

なんと言っても立地
上層階には大浴場があり、2階の共有スペースではコーヒー、お茶も飲め、ゆっくり出来ました！！

Cons:

部屋の浴室の洗い場の清掃ですが、角までもう少し丁寧に汚れを落としていただけたら、より清潔で利用出来、良いと思います。
赤カビが気になりました…

Pros:

Close to MRT station, clean and newer room. The hot bath was nice.

Cons:

The plastic chain for the window shade broke, making closing it not operational. The breakfast was so-so. Food was cold and some items tasted stale
