Un très bon séjour et un emplacement plus que parfait !

La Villa est idéalement située
La propreté de la chambre et de la Villa
L'accueil et l'amabilité du personnel

Cons:

Un petit réfrigérateur aurait été plus qu'apprécié (boire de l'eau tempérée à plus de 28° dans la chambre n'est pas l'idéal), le ventilateur Dyson était insuffisant proportionnellement à la taille de la chambre et la chaleur (plus de 38° à l'extérieur tous les jours)

Nettes, kleines Hotel, in ruhige Lage in Seitenstraße, mit schöner Aussicht, nur ein paar Minuten zu Fuß zur Uferpromenade, schöne Räumlichkeiten und sehr nette Einrichtung

Cons:

Das Anwesen und die Zimmer sind okay, das ganze ist inzwischen nur etwas in die Jahre gekommen und könnten mal eine Grundreinigung und Sanierung vertragen, das Personal ist nett und bemüht, man merkt aber leider das das keine Hotel-Profis sind...

Great location but no AC
Pros:

The hotel's location was outstanding, just a short walk from both the lake and the town center. The building is one of the oldest in Verbania and is absolutely beautiful - staying there felt like being in a museum. The staff was also very nice.

Cons:

We visited during the summer in the middle of a heat wave. Neither our room nor the common areas had air conditioning - only a few fans - so everything stayed very hot. It was very difficult to sleep at night, even with the windows open and the fan working overtime.
The breakfast, while pleasant, felt incomplete. There was a good selection of fruit, yoghurt, and pastries, but it lacked some basics such as fried eggs and bacon, which you have to order separately and pay for.

Es hat uns sehr gefallen, wir kommen sehr gerne wieder.

Die Unterkunft war sehr sauber und sehr schön. Das Personal war sehr höflich und gastfreundlich.

Cons:

Es gab nichts zu bemängeln. Alles war gut.

- gut gelegen. Man ist schnell am See und in der Stadt

Location molto pulita, una bellissima Villa del 1850 siamo stati accolti molto bene dallo staff molto gentile e cordiale hanno soddisfatto tutte le nostre esigenze.

Non sono cose che non ci sono piaciute, diciamo che essendo una location storica purtroppo mancano alcuni servizi fondamentali come per esempio l'ascensore oppure il climatizzatore, siamo stati in un giorno di luglio molto caldo, in camera c'era un ventilatore ma sfortunatamente abbiamo dovuto chiederne un secondo perché faceva molto molto caldo. Però diciamo che non è un qualcosa che va a privare la location della bellezza e la cordialità dello staff. Sicuramente torneremo in inverno per godere appieno della struttura.
