Понравилось всё))) для сан Себастьяна этот спа отель просто находка! Вернемся обязательно! Сам отель не старый! Находиться в центре города на холме! Вид впечатляющий! Завтрака обеды и ужины очень хорошие)! Спа с хамамом и финской сауной. Бассейн с гидромассажем и тд! А цена качество лучшая в этом городе))

Second visit and it was wonderful
Pros:

This is our second visit to this hotel and it did not disappoint. We were greeted with wide smiles and felt very welcomed. Which after a long drive is so nice!!
All the staff at this Hotel are fun and engaging. It is perfectly situated in the city with beautiful views. The rooms are very clean and very comfortable. I would highly recommend this hotel to anyone staying in San Sebastian.

Hôtel de « luxe » Lambda avec peu de charme, hall d’entrée XXL extrêmement froid de part les matériaux utilisés, architecture sans grand intérêt excepté pour la partie historique. Machine à Pancake…peut mieux faire pour un 4 étoiles ! Inutile d’accepter les chiens pour 25 euros jours si nous ne pouvons même pas accéder au bar avec notre compagnon. Budget parking..

Friendly staff, beautiful interior, clean, and convenient. We would return here for our next visit.
Pros:

The reception staff was helpful on how to access parking and downtown, we loved the ease of entry/exit. Rooftop view was beautiful. Everything was clean and functioning well. Would return here for next visit.

Cons:

The tub was difficult to climb into for a shower. Some sort of safety bar would help. Since it was early May, the rain dampened the seating on the rooftop. Most of the time the skies were clear, but sitting up there was not possible.
