La ubicación es excepcional con su elevador que de deja a cuadras de la zona turistica y de restarurantes. El personal es muy amable y atento, tanto en la recepcion como en el comedor. Cenamos una noche en el restarurante del hotel y fue maravilloso, la comida buenísima y el servicio también muy bueno.
Es la segunda vez que me hospedo en este hotel y lo volvería a hacer en la próxima visita.
Pedí dos camas individuales y al final me dieron una sola cama Queen.
Just got back from this magnificent hotel. Where to begin? The whole hotel is finished to a fabulous standard. Our room was immaculate. The view from the roof terrace is absolutely breathtaking. The staff are incredible. Nothing is too much trouble. I usually don’t book breakfast at a hotel, particularly in somewhere like San Sebastián, where the food is already exceptional. We had breakfast on the first day and booked it again every day for the remainder of our trip. Superb! Can’t thank the staff enough and we will 100% be returning. Thank you again.
Everything, fabulous location, the view, the staff, the breakfast, the size and comfort of the bed, possibly the cleanest hotel i’ve ever been in, just can’t praise it enough.

Beautiful hotel, the spa was amazing, perfect location, less than 10 mins walk to the beach and 15 to the old town. The roof top pool and bar were amazing, and the views were spectacular. Not enough beds by the pool, but we just sat in the pool and soaked up the sun and chatted to other guests. We didn't try the restaurant but other guests told us it was very good. Our room was cleaned ed every day too.
More beds by the pool would help. Pool attendant didnt move rubbish and empty glasses from the pool area despite me asking. Gym was extremely limited with machinery if you like a work out. Rooms expensive
The location, rooftop terrace and pool. Staff at the bar were very good and provided a first class service. Malena on reception was extremely helpful booking reservations for restaurants and advising on shops and places to visit. We thought the breakfast had a great selection and the staff were very helpful and pleasant.
We loved everything we will be back!
Gut gelegenes Hotel mit Lift in die Stadt. Wunderschöne Aussicht von der Dachterrasse aus.
Das Zimmer war düster, die Duschwanne hatte einen Riss und die Fugen im Bad an der Dusche waren vergraut. Es roch nach Chlor, wohl vom Innenschwimmbad. Die Nespressomaschine war innen schmutzig. Leider konnte man auf dem Rooftop keinen Kaffe trinken und die Bar dort war bloss ab Mittag geöffnet.
