Very disappointed
Pros:

I think it was y overpriced for what we received, my bathroom I couldn’t even open the door all the way as it hit the sink so unless you shut it behind you and sweltered whilst doing your makeup you only had half a sink to use, we had to ask for bathrobes to use they are not in the rooms, the room service food was appalling soggy bread and what looked tasted like 3 day old fries. The rooftop bar was nice with amazing views but terrible wine for a 4 star hotel I would have expected better tasting wines to choose from.
The spa was very nice.
Apart from a couple of staff no one was overly friendly or helpful, it seemed like an inconvenience to them when you had to ask a question
I would rate it as a 3 star hotel and I have travelled a lot! This is the worst hotel yet.

A fab stay with standout views, slick service, and a rooftop worth every penny - picnic breakfast aside, Catalonia Donos
Pros:

Checked in early with zero queues — always a win. Staff were friendly and helpful throughout, and parking under the hotel made arrival super easy. Our room was clean, comfortable and quiet, with a powerful, roomy shower that genuinely impressed.

The rooftop pool was a highlight. Had drinks at the rooftop bar too — and honestly, the views over San Sebastián are reason enough to stay here. Gym was clean and quiet, and walking into the centre in the evening was effortless.

Overall: fab bar, fab rooftop, fab views, fab location. Staff were consistently professional and customer‑focused. Would recommend.

Cons:

We managed to get twin loungers around the roof top pool, but in busier months it might be more of a challenge. Breakfast was enjoyable but fairly standard. We had an early departure, and while staff kindly arranged a picnic takeaway, it was disappointing in quality and choice, especially considering the room rates.

Unbedingt empfehlenswert!
Pros:

Tolles, modernes- trotzdem gemütliches- Hotel in bester Lage von San Sebastián. Mit einem Aufzug ist man direkt in der Altstadt und schnell am Strand. Das Personal ist sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit, die Zimmer gut ausgestattet und modern, aber trotzdem sehr behaglich. Das Frühstück lässt keine Wünsche offen und es gibt hoteleigene Parkplätze. Besonders schön ist der Blick von der Rooftopbar!

Cons:

Das einzige, was es da vielleicht zu sagen gäbe, ist, dass der Pool auf dem Dach doch recht klein und nicht wirklich zum Schwimmen geeignet ist und auch sehr schnell überfüllt ist.

One of the best hotels and City's we've ever visited
Pros:

Breakfast was excellent, buffet style. Hotel and its staff were brilliant. Location superb, just a short walk to the old town and beach. Shops were lovely and there were so many lovely places to eat.

Cons:

Everything was brilliant other than in the fridge of one of our two rooms was a half eaten cheesecake from a previous guest. However, this was a very small matter and generally our whole stay at the hotel and City could not have been better.
