Excellent location, Staff was amazing. Excellent service and breakfast was good quality.
The staff were friendly and accommodating to us and our 1 year old daughter from arrival until departure. There was a good selection of food at the buffet breakfast, and it was kept well stocked and clean. The roof top bar and pool area have amazing views of the city; the pool can get busy at times, but we always managed to get a bed. The decor is modern, tasteful and warm.
A minor thing - we requested a cot ahead of time and it was not waiting for us in the room upon checking in. We rang down to reception and it was soon delivered. I also didn’t like that the sangria served from the bar upstairs was from a can.

Location. Advertised as 10mins walk from centre which was more like 20/25 mins especially to the old town which is where you want to visit.

No me parece bien que cobren el estacionamiento en el alojamiento, siendo que no hay más opciones que dejar el coche ahí..:

A great location just a few hundred metres from the action of San Sebastian. The lift right down to the ground level was a great touch. The rooftop bar and pool were an excellent place to wind down from the days exertions. The staff were all great and the breakfast was terrific.

The Location was ideal to explore the old town.
Some of the staff were very helpful and others need more training…having to pay extra to use the spa when paying over 500 euros per night!
Access to San Sebastián via Bilbao airport in a taxi costs 200 euros for two each way and takes 1 hour and ten minutes, so effectively Taxi drivers earn 250,000 euros per year less cost!!

Prachtig locatie aan de rand van het centrum, welke bereikbaar is met de lift. Verder zeer hondvriendelijk tot zelfs in het Restaurant en het Rooftop Terras was magnifiek!
