Pros:

スタッフの対応は非常によかった。

Cons:

素泊まりなら、良い。喫煙部屋に泊まりましたが、入室時かなりニオイがきつかった。1時間ほと換気しニオイはとれた。晴れていたので、入室前に換気してほしかった

連泊でしたが、最終日の3泊目に部屋に戻ってみると自分たちが食べ残した覚えのないつまみとお菓子の残りがベッド脇の床のすぐ目につくところに置いてあり、部屋の匂いもなんとなくカビ臭い感じがました。それを持ってフロントに伝えたところ、えーっと驚かれて、すみませんとの言葉はありましたが、部屋の様子を見に来るでもなく誠実な対応を感じませんでした。我慢して泊まりましたが、後味の悪い対応だと感じました。部屋をかえてもらえばよかった！

Pros:

コンパクトな部屋ではあったが、比較的新しい施設でスタッフさんも親切だったし、快適に過ごせた
DHCのアメニティだったし、必要な物はフロント向かいから自分でピックアップするスタイルだったので、無駄がない
各階の部屋数が多くないので、チェックアウトまで誰ともエレベーターで会わなかった

Cons:

駅から少し歩くのと、コンビニまで少しだけ距離があった

いまひとつ
Cons:

歯ブラシセット、カミソリ、室内着は、いらない場合もあるためセルフで良いが、スリッパは例外なく使用すると思う。あらかじめ室内に用意して欲しい。
チェックアウトの際に鍵を返した際に、「大丈夫です。」に加えて「ありがとうございます。またご利用ください。」程度の挨拶には経費を要さない。
