Pros:

Lokalita hotelu naprosto perfektní. Přímo u hotelu COOP. Motorku jsme mohli parkovat v podzemních garážích, kde byl příjemný vzduch. Pokoj krásný, velký, koupelna také pěkná. Na pokoji skleničky, lednička, malý kávovar na kapsle. Snídaně luxusní a ochotný a přátelský personál. Moc se nám v tomto hotýlku líbilo. Určitě bych se na toto místo ještě někdy ráda vrátila. A snídaně jsou už od sedmi, což je pro nás ranní cestovatele veliké plus.

De ligging van het hotel en de zeer gastvrije en informele sfeer. Een prima gastheer.

Cons:

Eigenlijk niets. Wat een meer dan prima hotel met een meer dan prima gastheer. Een klein probleempje met het ontbijt. Als je iets later kwam was niet alles meer aanwezig en ook niet bijgevuld. Bijvoorbeeld het brood (de boterhammen). Wel altijd nog bolletjes en afgebakken croissants. Het beleg had wat gevarieerder gemogen. Op zich prima ontbijt.

Für uns die erste Wahl in Andermatt.
Pros:

Mittlerweile waren wir zum zweiten Mal zu Gast und wir fühlen uns hier richtig wohl. Die Zimmer und die Ausstattung sind top. Das Frühstück ist sehr gut und lässt keine Wünsche offen. Die Kommunikation mit dem Besitzer, insbesondere sein Tipp für das Mittagessen war sehr hilfreich, vielen Dank dafür. Besonders wichtig für uns ist der perfekte Parkplatz direkt beim Hotel.

Pros:

Das Frühstücksbuffet war sehr gut. Es war alles da, was ein gutes Frühstück ausmacht. Die Zimmer sind modern eingerichtet und geräumig. Wir hatten ein Zimmer mit Balkon und Bergblick. Das Personal und der Hotelchef waren sehr freundlich und standen mit Rat und Tat zur Seite. Trotz etwas verspäteter Anreise (Check-In offiziell nur bis 19:00 Uhr) hat man auf uns gewartet und wir könnten am Anreisetag entspannt unserer Zimmer beziehen. Wir hatten Rennräder dabei, die wir im abgeschlossenen Ski- und Fahrradraum problemlos unterbringen konnten. Wir hatten eine schöne Zeit in Andermatt, das Alpenhotel Schlüssel können wir uneingeschränkt weiterempfehlen.
