It was extremely hot and being on the fifth floor, the single fan was ineffective. The TV did not work, but who needs it when on a short break.
Stayed here a few times now, each has been great

No fridge in my room this time unfortunately. Would have been great for the hot day I had in the hotel
Kolay ulaşılabilir, temiz ve konforluydu. Ana tren istasyonuna 15-20 dk yürüme mesafesindeydi.
Banyo çok küçük ve dardı. Lavabo çok küçüktü, kullanışlı değildi. Ve banyoda gider kokusu vardı.
Zug-Thema konsequent durchgezogen, verspielt bis detailliert.
Bad hatte sehr wenige Abstellflächen, wie in einem Zug :-)

I recommend the hotel for solo female travellers as it is very safe and close to everything
O quarto é confortável, embora pequeno e pouco espaço de circulação. Estava frio e o aquecedor funciona bem. Os funcionários atenderam com educação e estavam sempre na recepção. A cama beliche me deixa insegura, mas parecia sólida. O chuveiro é bom, ótimo banho. A limpeza é boa e deixam pantufas descartaveis a disposição para que não seja necessário pisar no carpete que esta em todo o espaço. Deixamos as malas guardadas na recepção após o checkout sem problemas e sem sermos apressadas. O ambiente temático de trem é simpático e bastante vintage.

Não aceitamos a oferta do café da manhã devido ao preço ser fora do que considero razoável.
The reception and dining area were very clean and fresh. The room was also clean but small and dark, which I could see from the photos beforehand. The staff gave helpful advice pre arrival and it was handy for the station.
There was some noise outside from the nearby park/greenspace, which meant I had to shut the window on a hot stuffy night.

Lovely place to stay, centrally located. We needed to store our luggage due to early arrival which was well accommodated. Things get going a little later in Munich- around 10am so best to find a little place for breakfast outside which is limited, or order the day before. Deutsches Museum well worth a visit.

Immediately when we walked in the door, we were met by extremely helpful staff. They were very excited to let us know that we had the newly decorated room. They're enthusiasm was genuine.

We liked NOTHING!! Do NOT stay here!! It was the worst hotel we’ve ever stayed at! So bad that we left after the first night, even though we had booked 4 nights! It was that bad! Dirty floors, dirty stained chair, very small room with no place to put your luggage! One small desk and one filthy chair. The beds were so hard with a super thin mattress. The bathroom had a sink that barely had space for a toothbrush! That’s it! No cabinet space to hold anything and no hooks at all for your clothes or towels! We’ve never seen anything like it before! When we asked to cancel the last two nights since it would be advanced notice, the manager was rude and told us no refunds! So we left after just one terrible sleepless night.
