Easy from start to finish. Thank you to the amazing staff.
Pros:

The staff were so helpful and friendly. We were travelling with two bikes, we could store in underground garage, then we could put our panniers on in the hotel foyer, which made our lives so much easier.

Stedet har en rigtig god ungdommelig vibe. Alt er lavet så nemt at forstå og benytte. Personalet er super venligt.
Jeg kommer til at bruge hotellet helt sikkert igen.

Such a great place to stay! Id never have dreamt that we would all enjoy it so much! Honestly they've thought of everything! 10/10 would stay again, everything was so easy. Everything you need on site - a kitchen, dining and lounging areas, self service bar, vending machines, private phone call booths etc! Just superb

Location is amazing, supermarket, laundrette, hardware store, gym, 7-11 and restaurants in spitting distance. Communal washrooms and sauna all top notch and the price? €60 a night for 2 people? Unbeatable in any other major city, my expectations were low, I kept waiting for the catch!

Cons:

The tiniest thing - one side of the bed had a USB charger and a USB C charger, the other side only had USB-A, but I had a charger so i just used the mains plug instead!

An minimalistic and futuristic experience for me.
Pros:

It was a interesting and comfortable experience. It was my first time staying in this kind of places… and I liked it. It works for a stay that you just need sleep and take a shower , and spend all day out. I recomend it.

If you dont mind sharing the bathroom then it is perfect for you! Even I’m pretty picky with that, it was ok for a couple days not to long. Bathrooms and rooms were really clean. And everything was digital. Nice!

It is a modern, easy and very sufficient place for a stay in Copenhagen. The common spaces and bathrooms are clean, cozy and comfortable. All of it is easy to use and to navigate

Exceeded expectations, 1000% recommend
Pros:

CityHub was excellent! While the pods themselves are small, the spaces to hangout in at the property more than make up for it. We loved sitting in the lobby to have a drink, play some cards, and people watch. Additionally, the bathrooms were great and we loved the saunas as well.

Cons:

AC in the pod would be nice
