Very cozy and friendly stay
Pros:

I really liked the whole vibe of the place. The common areas are very cozy and comfortable. Also there is string safety for who enters the room area. The hubs are very quiet and cute and even more homie with the lights. The showers and the sauna are always clean. The breakfast choices were excellent! A plus is the friendly staff working there.🙂

Cons:

The rooms for us were a bit cold although the staff gave a us a small heater. But the truth is that the air-conditioning was quite strong that the heater was not making much difference.

Fabulous facilities with a real personal touch 👍🏻
Pros:

Everything was anticipated before I even needed it. Super clean room and bathroom - with Rituals toiletries and lived the self serve relaxation area.
We weee older travellers and there was a good mix of ages - staff could not have been more helpful - thank you

Cons:

The only minor thing was paying for teas and coffees - being real tea drinkers this became quite costly. If you’re the same bring your own teabags and milk. There is a kettle in reception. Otherwise loved it all

Einfache , praktische , zweckmässige Unterkunft.
Pros:

Erreichbarkeit war gut . Batchsystem war stylisch , praktisch & einfache Handhabung. 24 h anwesende Ansprechperson ist super Angebot . Gut auch , dass in einer gewissen Zeitspanne abends bis zur Morgenstunde eine zusätzliche innere Sicherheitstüre zu den Schlafbereichen und Sanitäranlagen geschlossen war und nur per Batch geöffnet werden konnte. Toll , dass zum Douchen gehen Kimono zur Verfügung standen und ebenso , dass gute Douche - und Schampooprodukte , Flüssigseife und Body Lotion zur freien Verfügung standen und stets aufgefüllt wurden.
Genügend WC und Douchen vorhanden. Saunaangebot toll. Stets Zitronenwasser zum trinken , weiteres gg. Bezahlung. Toll , dass auch mitgebrachtes Essen in der Lounge gegessen werden durfe. Cubus als Zimmer / Schlaf - system gut . Überall Steckdosen . Ruhiges Reinigungspersonal. Stets gute Musik in den öffentlichen Räumlichkeiten. Lautstärke gut. Genügend und grosse Kofferaufbewahrungsschränke vorhanden.

Cons:

Sanitärraum : Vielfach waren die Lavabotischfläcjen ziemlich nass , da die Gäste die Flächen nicht getrocknet haben. Es hätte genügend Hankies zum trocknen gehabt. Evt. extra saugfähigere Trocknungspapierrolle als Angebot mit Aufforderung zum Trocknen der nassen Flächen anbieten.
Darauf achten , dass in der Lounge Tisch und Sitzflächen sauber , Kissen wieder ordentlich plaziert und nicht auf dem Boden. Badzimmerboden und WC -Boden & Türen evt. 2 - 3 × tgl. reinigen.
