Había leído las reseñas, aunque el trato con Omer lo supera...
Siempre muy atento a todas nuestras rogativas y todas cumplidas. El sitio tiene encanto, con todo detalle y la ubicación es magnífica.

Ein rundum perfekter Aufenthalt – alles war ausgezeichnet, absolut empfehlenswert (10/10)!
Pros:

Tolle Lage, stilvoll und liebevoll eingerichtet – man fühlt sich sofort wohl. Die Unterkunft ist sehr gemütlich, und der Gastgeber war außergewöhnlich freundlich, hilfsbereit und sicher einer der besten, den wir je hatten.

Litet hotell i bra läge med charm från gammalt hus
Pros:

Läget var underbart för att utforska Istanbul.

Cafét intill serverar bästa menemen på morgonens och ägaren av den är supertrevlig och varm.

Ägarna till hotellet är väldigt vänliga och hjälpsamma, generösa och trevliga

Cons:

Ljudisolering i inte optimal men det är gammalt hus

Alldeles intill hotellet finns en bar som är öppen sent och spelar hög musik tills sent, ibland till kl 1-2. Det hörs väldigt mycket i rummet även men stängda fönster.

Flera moskéer runt hotellet, morgonbönen hörs väldigt mycket och man blir väckt

A good place in busy Karakoy!
Pros:

Excellent location. Nicely decorated small room. Excellent WIFI. Friendly and helpful host, Omer.

Cons:

Steep stairs. Room 101 has the least stairs to climb but it also the smallest bathroom I have seen in a while (reminding me of airplane bathrooms lol) and please forget sleep because of the noise coming from restaurants and clubs around the place.

Very steep stairs to get to Room 401. Need of some important repairs (e.g. fixing the curtains and the bathroom door)

Pros:

Tayfur is a great host. He took our luggage upstairs himself and spent a lot of time giving us great recommendations on where to go and what to try. The location of the hotel is fantastic - in a neighbourhood of streets full of small cafes and restaurants. Beautiful area!

Top verblijf, top locatie, top eigenaars!
Pros:

Hele persoonlijke aanpak van de eigenaars. Kamers zijn iets beter basic maar alles wat je nodig hebt voor een top verblijf als citytrip. Heel goed ontvangen, heel proper, stonden altijd met de glimlach klaar. We voelden ons echt thuis. De buurt leeft echt enorm, veel leuke bars, restaurantjes en winkels in de buurt. Zonder enige geluidsoverlast! Echt een aanrader

Niets, alles was hoe we het wouden.

Pros:

Nous avons séjourné une semaine à Casa Rosa Suites et notre expérience a été vraiment excellente. La chambre ainsi que le lit étaient très confortables ; après de longues journées à visiter Istanbul, nous avons très bien dormi et profité d’un sommeil de grande qualité.

Les ruelles autour du logement sont très vivantes et animées. Il est facile d’y trouver toutes sortes d’options pour manger ou boire un verre, que ce soit pour le petit-déjeuner, le dîner ou simplement sortir.

Concernant la sécurité, nous avions entendu des avis mitigés sur le quartier, mais en tant que deux jeunes femmes, nous nous sommes senties très à l’aise et en sécurité tout au long de notre séjour, sans aucun problème.

Enfin, nous tenons à souligner la grande gentillesse et disponibilité de Omer Bey et Tayfur Bey. Leur accueil a été très chaleureux, ils ont été attentifs, serviables et de très bon conseil durant tout le séjour. Ils étaient également très réactifs et facilement joignables via WhatsApp.

Dans l’ensemble, nous avons été très satisfaites de notre séjour et recommandons vivement Casa Rosa Suites.

La salle de bain est un peu petite mais reste tout de même fonctionnelle

Pros:

Hele aardige hosts die goed de tijd nemen om je alle tips van de stad te geven! Locatie top in een hippe wijk met veel horeca. Kwartiertje lopen naar Ferry of overkant water.

Cons:

Neem wel oordopjes mee om te slapen, 's avonds hoor je de muziek van de kroeg nog tot een uurtje of 12-1.

We absolutely loved our stay! The staff was amazing friendly, welcoming, and always ready to help. The hotel was spotless and very well maintained. The location is perfect, with everything conveniently nearby. While the rooms are on the smaller side, they are thoughtfully designed and very efficient, making great use of the space. Overall, a wonderful experience, and we would definitely stay here again! Highly recommended
