Pros:

The breakfast is good but the bird is disturbing us when eating, when leaving the place but overall is okay but if can upgrade the choice of food is better for me

Pros:

The room was super spacious and comfortable and the pool area was very nice.

Cons:

The only downside was that the gym didn’t have very strong a/c and the location was far from Georgetown, especially with all the traffic

Nice ocean view but very far from main town.
Pros:

Ocean view. Just by the beach. Not a private beach but open to public. Good attentive security throughout the hotel.

Cons:

Old and worn out facade. I tripped on the boardwalk and suffered cuts and abrasions on my right knee. The planks on the boardwalk had deteriorate and sticking out. It was dusk and the area was not lighted enough. The next day I saw those same planks used in the children swimming area too. Please be careful.

A very relaxing and refreshing vacation for me and family.
Pros:

Beautiful seaview from the room, and enjoying the sunset from the comfort of the room balcony. Beach in front of the hotel is very clean, and not crowded. Ample parking space, ample space to move around the hotel. The room is spacious, and everything in the room feels fresh.

Cons:

not much that I can think about.

Private area as compared to Batu Ferringhi, good for those looking for privacy from the public.
Pros:

Gorgeous views of the rooms, if I'm not mistaken it's all sea facing rooms here. Some have balconies, some don't, but the view is amazing! Well kept resort, friendly staff. They have a game room with a pool table, carom, etc. Breakfast was lovely too, but some staff seemed like they were not happy to be there even while serving us the two days we were there :(

Cons:

Pool closes to early for holiday goers! You have sufficient hours to clean the pool from 11pm-7am, I believe, it'll be more value for money when you extend your pool hours.

Bar by the beach was a tad boring

Excellent resort esp rooms & food
Pros:

1. Breakfast, definitely! Breakfast is excellent with good choices of delicious food.
2. the view..room, swimming pool all overlooking the serene ocean
3. Sea activities esp Jetski
4. Swimming pool is beautiful
5. Hospitality of staff

Cons:

1. no-hose bidet in room toilets; not suitable esp when doing big business. Other toilets are ok (in lobby, near gym & Jendela are all with hose)
2. only 2 treadmills available, 1 was faulty when I went so had to wait for my turn
3. all air-conds in apartment are very difficult to adjust the temperature, maybe can provide user manual
