Amazing!!
Pros:

We loved this property, it is really beautiful. Staff were exceptional and the staff member that cleaned our room daily was outstanding and deserves to go places. Our room was amazing and restaurants were fantastic and staff if the amazing restaurant downstairs weee also exceptional. Thankyou for a most enjoyable week.

The only thing but not really bad was it was abit far from restaurants

Nice, relaxing stay overall
Pros:

The view was amazing, they have unblock sea view. Breakfast was good, they had good options.

Cons:

There were some moldy area in the bathroom like underneath the sink and corners of the bath which could use cleaning with bleach.

Comfort and luxury chill
Pros:

Black out curtains, super comfy bed, great variety at breakfast, great gym and pool, overlooks the beach, spacious site, a separate pool for children!

Cons:

Check in was unnecessarily long. Details such as email and phone jibbers can be submitted prior to physical check in or obtained another way.

Restaurant prices quite pricey for the food.

A beautiful and relaxing stay, won’t hesitate to book again
Pros:

It was a beautiful hotel with stunning views. Staff were extremely attentive and a credit to the hotel. We are at both restaurants and food was great.

Cons:

The buffet breakfast food labelling needs improvement. Some items say they contain gluten and eggs for example, others don’t (when they clearly do!!) it needs to be consistent

Fantastique séjour !
Pros:

Nous avons passé un excellent séjour dans cet hôtel. Son emplacement est idéal si vous recherchez le calme, à environ 30 minutes de l'effervescence de Georgetown. Il se trouve également à seulement 5 minutes de Entopia by Penang Butterfly Farm, une magnifique ferme aux papillons, ainsi que de l'aquapark qui abrite le plus long toboggan aquatique du monde.

Les chambres sont exceptionnelles : très spacieuses, élégamment décorées et dotées d'une magnifique salle de bain avec une superbe baignoire, idéale pour se détendre après une journée de visite.

L'hôtel dispose d'une magnifique piscine à débordement offrant une vue imprenable sur la mer, ainsi que d'une piscine au rez-de-chaussée parfaitement adaptée aux enfants. Le seul petit bémol est le nombre insuffisant de transats, qui peuvent vite être occupés.

Le petit-déjeuner est copieux, varié et de très bonne qualité. Le buffet propose un très large choix, avec des options pour tous les goûts.

Dans l'ensemble, cet hôtel offre un excellent rapport qualité-prix. Nous avons été ravis de notre séjour et nous y reviendrons avec grand plaisir lors de notre prochain passage à Penang !
