Very peaceful and comfortable

Cons:

- add more options to the breakfast spread
- you should do something about the crow birds situation
- you should put AC in the elevator and elevator waiting area. It’s so hot when there’s a lot of people
- the fire show performance should be available on weekdays as well depending on how many guests you have. It’s such a loss when you have crowds on weekdays but no fire show.

Pros:

Uns hat das Hotel mehr als überzeugt. Das Personal war sehr freundlich, das Zimmer top ausgestattet und die Lage ist wunderschön.

Cons:

Einzig ein kleiner Punkt und zwar der Lärm direkt von der Strasse und vom benachbarten Zimmer, waren vorallem nachts gut und laut zu hören, weil die Zimmer nicht so schalldicht sind.

Anniversary celebration

My husband and I recently stayed at Angsana Teluk Bahang to celebrate our 3rd wedding anniversary, and it was truly a memorable experience.

We received complimentary anniversary room decoration and cake, which made our celebration feel extra special. The breakfast buffet was good and varieties.

A wonderful place to relax! The environment is beautiful and peaceful, the facilities are clean and well-maintained, and all the staff are very friendly, professional, and welcoming.

A beautiful hotel, but the service and overall experience fell short of five-star expectations.
Cons:

1. Ant infestation in the room
While the room was spacious, beautifully designed, and very comfortable, there was a significant issue with ants. Small ants were found on almost every surface in the room. They crawled over my personal belongings and even bit me on multiple occasions. This was extremely unpleasant and entirely unacceptable for a five-star property.
2. Guest experience and birthday recognition
Before my arrival, I informed the hotel that I would be celebrating my birthday during my stay. While I did not expect any extravagant gestures, a simple birthday greeting or a handwritten card would have been a thoughtful touch. Unfortunately, the hotel did not acknowledge the occasion in any way.
When I politely enquired about this at the front desk the following day, the duty manager responded that I had not informed the hotel properly and implied that it was my personal responsibility. Rather than acknowledging the situation or offering an apology, the response felt dismissive and lacked the level of empathy and professionalism expected of a luxury hotel.
3. Italian restaurant
The Italian restaurant was another major disappointment. The quality of the food was below the standard expected of a five-star hotel. In addition, the waitstaff appeared insufficiently familiar with the menu. They were unable to answer basic questions, explain the dishes, or recommend suitable alternatives, and the restaurant manager repeatedly had to step in to assist with the ordering process. For an international five-star hotel, the overall standard of service was disappointing.

Breakfast is good. Location only works if you have a car. If not a bit far from relevant places. Facilties ready for use for free. i.e games and sporting equipment.Nicee rooms and good service by staff.

Cons:

A bit hot at restaurant. Lounge could be better decorated.Could be a bit cleaner. Try to do something about the crows.And have a bit more entertainment a band etc. Eating dinner a bit expensive compare to other comparable hotels.
