Fantastic stay – clean, spacious, and incredibly convenient!
Pros:

I had a wonderful experience at the Aperto Hotel in Tokyo. The room was surprisingly large by Tokyo standards and spotlessly clean – a huge plus for anyone who values comfort and hygiene.

The location is absolutely perfect. It’s just a few steps from Otsuka Metro Station, with a direct line to the city center, making sightseeing effortless. Plus, there are supermarkets and great restaurants right around the corner, so you’ll never run out of food options.

Whether you’re traveling for business or leisure, this hotel offers terrific value. Highly recommended – I’d definitely stay here again!

平日の9時過ぎから割引なので、2泊させていただきました。東京の一般のホテルよりも広く、室内も良いデザインで落ち着いています。
アダルトオンリーとなっていますが 、けばけばしい 雰囲気は全くなく、清潔な 良い雰囲気です。

Tesiste saç tokası, diş fırçası macunu, Jakuzi şampuanı ve kokusu ,saç düzleştirici, espresso makinesinden oda içi ses sistemine, Fan sistemi, Klima sistemi temizlik malzemelerine , saç vücut kremine kadar her şey vardı. Çalışanlar 7/24 ulaşılabilir. Hemen dibinde metro var her yere gidebiliyorsunuz. Yemek yerleri, Don kişot 7/24 açık marketler, sigara içilebilir alanlar aradığımız her şey vardı. İşlemlerinizi halledebilmeniz için laptop bile isteğe bağlı veriliyor. Çevrede money exchange imkanları da var. Kesinlikle tavsiye ederim.

快適です！1人でも安心
Pros:

駅から近く、お部屋が広くて清潔でした。1人でも安心して利用することができ、全く不便なかったです。
全室喫煙とのことで少し不安でしたが、臭いも全くなかったです。アメニティが充実していたのも過ごしやすかったです。イベントの前泊で利用しましたが、また利用したいです。

思いのほかゆったりできてよく眠れました。アパホテルより断然良いです。
Pros:

大塚駅前で場所が分かり易かった。１階がコンビニで買い物に便利です。カップル向けのホテルなのでしょうが、あまり意識せずに利用することが出来た。お風呂も広くて最高です。朝食まで付いていて今時、この値段なのはビックリです。

Cons:

ソファーが少々痛み気味だったことと、ドアの開錠が少しやり難かった。

Great hotel and value in great location
Pros:

It was my first time in Tokyo, so didn’t know where made sense to pick a hotel location. The reviews and price seemed very good, and I wasn’t disappointed, even had a jacuzzi bath in the room. It is near Osuka train station which means you are only 20/30mins by train to the majority of the main sites of Tokyo, and 55min to the airport which is quite straightforward. Hotel was very accommodating and I actually decided to extend my stay and was able to keep the same room without fuss.
I found it quite nice to go back to somewhere a little calmer each night after a busy day. There is also loads of great local restaurants on the door step.

Cons:

Checkin on the first day wasn’t till 6pm, and they didn’t have any option to grab a shower. I actually paid more to extend my room that day which whilst not ridiculous, a shower room for guests would have been good.
Breakfast is next door at Denny’s, which was fine and all I needed, but nothing special. You could just pay for that at Denny’s as you go for 715jpy or go for something a little more exciting.
