Schade, als Stammkunden waren wir besseres gewohnt

Gutes Essen, nettes Personal, saubere Zimmer

Cons:

Als Stammkunden kennen wir das Hotel sehr gut, aber das letzte Mal war sehr enttäuschend. Der halbe, ohnehin sehr kleine, Wellnessbereich war defekt und nicht in Betrieb. Und scheinbar nicht plötzlich und unerwartet. Auch die Auswahl des Essensbuffet war früher deutlich mehr.

Elhanyagoltnak hatott néhány dolog.pl.: a medencében rozsdás ki tekeredett csavarok voltak.

Pros:

Nagyon kedves személyzet, jó helyen van, tisztaság, nagyon jó svédasztalos reggeli, kényelmes szoba.

Cons:

Nem működött a fürdőben az elszívó, így csatornaszag volt. Ha nem csak 1 éjszakát töltöttünk volna ott, akkor szóltam volna ezért.
A hűtő szinte nem hűtött semmit, a legmagasabb fokozaton.

A személyzet rendkívül kedves és segítőkész.
Az, ételek szinte mind finomak voltak és folyamatosan töltve volt a svédasztal.
A tisztaságra sem lehetett panasz és parkolóhely is volt bőven.

Cons:

Sajnos a wellness részleg a képeken jóval nagyobbnak tűnik és ottjártunkkor a Sauna részleg nem működött megfelelően.

Nem feltétlenül negatívum de az ételválaszték bár naponta változó és szinte mind finom elég limitált. Aki válogatós annak gondot okozhat.
