Pros:

This is a new hotel, all the facilities are hi tech and advanced. The location is right at the center of the city, all walking distance. The staff were really nice and advising, they helped us through.

Cons:

The self check in process is new and does not run smooth yet, but the local staff helped resolving everything and were very kind.

Just a perfect place to stay in San Pellegrino Terme
Pros:

It is modern, very nicely designed hotel inside with a traditional facade to fit the San Pellegrino Terme place. Rooms are very cosy, everything is clean and smells nice due to essences produced by QC itself. We had a ground floor apartment with a possibility to be on the terrace. The place had underground parking for a very fair price what was super convenient. We also appreciated very easy self-checkin.

Cons:

We did not like that we could not stay longer.
