Pros:

Bien placé, petit wellness sympa.

Cons:

Chambre avec des toiles d’araignée , vieillot. Tapis de couloir et de chambre pleins de taches. Bruyant. Petit déjeuner très moyen. Ne vaut pas son prix.

Die kompetente Managerin ist lösungsorientiert und hat für einen sehr erholsamen Urlaub gesorgt.men
Pros:

Das Frühstück war reichhaltig und ausreichend. Das Abendessen abwechslungsreich und lecker. Da wir mit der Bahn angereist sind, ist das Hotel fußläufig gut zu erreichen. Die Aussicht auf den Balaton, der direkt vor der Tür liegt, phantastisch.

A személyzet nagyon kedves volt ,az ételek finomak voltak.A wellnes részleg és a kinti medence nagyon jó volt. a szoba kényelmes,csendes volt, a kilátás a Balatonra nagyon tetszett ha tehetem máskor is itt foglalok.

Pros:

Az elhelyezkedés és a recepción dolgozók kedvessége. Finom volt a vacsora.

Cons:

Ablakra kéne szunyogháló, nem lehetett a nagy melegben kinyitni, mert bejött a sok szúnyog. Reggelinél borzasztó lassúak voltak, mindenért úgy kellett szólni, hogy kifogyott, de nem mindig pótolták rögtön. A 2,5 decis üdítő nagyon drága volt, vacsoránál nem volt víz. Csak akkor tzdtál inni, ha külön vettél innivalót.

Desi proprietara a incercat sa ne ofere alta camera, socul era prea mare.
Pros:

Locația foarte bună, camera este cu vedere spre lac, exact ca in pozele de pe Booking, multe ferestre, deci luminoasa.

Cons:

Singura problema a fost faptul ca dupa ce am oprit aerul conditionat { 2-3 ore} si s-a intunecat afara, in camera au aparut cel puțin 10 păianjeni ce coborau din tavan. Pânze de păianjeni am observat la toate geamurile camerelor ( pe exterior). Doar 3 ore am apucat sa stau in hotel și stațiune. Mi-a explicat proprietara ca din cauza lacului exista multi paianjeni, dar socul a fost prea mare sa mai dorm acolo. Dupa ce ne-am plimbat pe promenada lacului si in port am observat foarte multe panze de paianjeni (deci si paianjeni)

Az esti portás és a személyzet hozzáállása a vendéghez kimagasló.

Cons:

Minimum elvárás lenne a napi tiszta törölköző, a megfelelő mennyiségű toalett papír, és a minimum napra vonatkozó bekészített kávé, folyékony szappan az adagolóba álljon rendelkezésre.

Vynikajuce miesto,velky balkon s vyhladom na jazero a platanovu alej,velmi ochotna slecna recepcna,vynikajuce jedlo,tiez ocenujem,ze hotel aj restauracia je velmi pet friendly

Nevhodne riesenie sprchy-bez moznosti regulacie smeru striekajucej vody,zle vyspadovane-po jednej kratkej sprche bola voda takmer v polovici podlahy kupelne a odtekala vyse hodiny...nabytok na balkone znecisteny od vtakov...ale vyriesili sme pouzitim prehozov
