Nice countryside location near a beautiful nature park/mountains. Good restaurants near,

Cons:

Everything OK, but there was a wedding party going on when we arrived. One thing is for sure: the Basques know how to throw a party, but are incredibly loud. Luckily, come sleeping time all was quiet.

Decent hotel in the middle of the basc country
Pros:

Kind of basic hotel in the middle of the basc country. The room was on the small size but all was clean and new. Breakfast is 10€ buffet, a bit basic but good. The location is very quiet with plenty of parking spots.

Cons:

On the basic side, buffet is cheap and on the basic side.

Hôtel propre pour une escale
Pros:

La chambre propre et grande. La présence d'un restaurant sur place. Le parking gratuit et la situation tranquille dans les montagnes.

Cons:

Le personnel ne parle rien d'autre que l'espagnol et le basque. Certains font un effort avec la traduction sur le téléphone mais d'autres non.
Il n'y a rien à faire dans le village d'à côté.
Le petit-déjeuner est certes pas cher mais c'est vraiment très simple.

Une étape sur le chemin de retour en France que j'apprécie chaque année.
Pros:

Hôtel situé en pleine nature, au calme. Les chambres sont spacieuses et la literie de qualité. Le stationnement est facile. L'hôtel possède un restaurant simple pour le soir.

Cons:

Le plancher des chambres en bois grince un peu et le ramassage matinale des poubelles gêne un peu le sommeil.

De vloer kraakt enorm. Heel vervelend om s’ nachts naar de badkamer te gaan. Overgordijnen hingen los aan de rails. 2de dag geen kleine handdoeken gekregen. Beperkte broodkeuze bi! Ontbijt. Aanbod avondeten i# heel beperkt.
