Pros:

Lovely guesthouse in good location in Newquay.
Pros:

Friendly helpful staff, spacious comfortable room in good location. Nice to have a freshly cooked breakfast rather than only buffet.

Clean comfortable room but no help with luggage to upper floor.
Pros:

Cons:

Breakfast was only available at 08:30. Nobody to help with luggage, stairs were very steep and I’m 80 years old

Great location and quality
Pros:

The location was great, very central with uninterrupted views of the sea. The bedroom was spacious and spotlessly clean. The shower was high quality and the bed was big and comfortable. Wide choice available for breakfast with plenty of helpful staff to see to your needs.

Cons:

Nothing I didn't like.

Great stay at a great place
Pros:

Excellent overnight stay, was peaceful , clean . And the lady in yhe dining room couldn't do enough for you .. superb breakfast with plenty of choice 👌.

Cons:

Parking wasnt the best so being disabled it was a bit difficult but im sure if id have rung yhe owners would have reserved me a spot . Lack of view but that couldn't be helped as we needed a room for 4 .

Pros:

Liked everything! The owners are just such a lovely couple. We had a very warm welcome, clear instruction, where, what etc.
Lovely dinner lady who served us the breakfast. Room was lovely, cosy, with a lovely view. Room had a fan, a mini fridge, kettle, tea, biscuit, coffee. It was just perfect, even tho we onky stayes there one night, but deffinitely will come back
