The location was superb❤️ and the breakfast was excellent
The location to Towan beach and the town centre was great, there was great communication when booking and throughout the stay. Staff were brilliant and made our stay really enjoyable.
Everything, the position of the guest house for beach and town centre, the staff and owners were polite, friendly and helpful nothing was to much trouble, and the breakfast was to die for, the beds were comfortable and we had the best night's sleep for ages we will definitely be staying again

Being woken up at 3.15am by someone heavy footed walking around
The location was very central to everything the beach was just a few steps away the shops and restaurants were all very close.
Breakfast was served in a very nice room with an excellent selection of traditional English or Continental selection and very plentiful.
Our room was superb with a balcony with comfy chairs and an uninterrupted view of the see (room 9)
The prices in the bar were very reasonable and much cheaper than in the town.

We had a great time here. The owners were welcoming and friendly. They very kindly upgraded us to a sea view room, which was such a lovely surprise.
The room was clean and comfortable. You can tell the owners genuinely care about their guests and want them to have the best experience.
