Camere ristrutturate, rimpiazzano i saponi tutti i giorni, c'è l'aria condizionata, posizione perfetta
Asciugamani macchiati, non c'è il bidet, pressione dell'acqua molto bassa, la tv non è smart, l'aria condizionata dopo un po' si spegne e non si può riaccendere e serve aspettare un po', pulsanti delle luci non funzionano, c'è il frigo ma è vuoto e non molto freddo, un grande parte dello staff non parla inglese

Great location, staff were brilliant very helpful
Netjes geannuleerd, het hotel zegt tot 3x toe de annulering niet ontvangen te hebben. Ben ook aan de balie geweest, men zei niets ontvangen te hebben. Het hotel reageert gewoon helemaal niet op berichten, ook niet op berichten van booking.com. Erg moeizame boel... Niet naar toe gaan.
Alojamento excelente e pessoal muito simpático e prestável, sempre atentos ao nosso bem estar.

It’s close to the airport and close to the marina
The beds were joined together and it made difficult to cuddle but otherwise it was great.

Absolument aucune insonorisation sur la rue (qui est très centrale donc très passante…)
Fortes odeurs de remontées d’égout toute la journée
Literie inconfortable (trop molle)
Grand lit mais qui est en réalité deux lits simples côte à côte ce qui donne un « milieu de lit » fort désagréable
Équipement assez faible (pas de porte serviette pour y déposer les serviettes de douche mouillées ; nombre insuffisant de prise électrique : une seule autour du lit)
Our room, (104), was large and clean as was the bathroom. Bed was comfy. There was a small fridge which was handy for cold drinks. Nice view from the window into the pedestrian area with bars, cafes and restaurants. Staff were friendly, helpful and polite. Location was excellent for the marina area, old walled town and shops.
Although a kettle was provided, there were only 2 teabags, no coffee which was poor. There was a starbucks across the way, but coffee in the room is pretty much expected these days.
