Good for one night stay with great location.
Pros:

Room was spacious, mattress was comfortable enough, location is perfect for visiting Faro

Cons:

there were tiny stains on towels and sheets and a few hairs in the sink and shower. The sink was collapsing and the air conditioner was a bit loud and old but did the job.

Volet cassé dès l’arrivée, rendez-vous de dédommagement à 9h jamais honoré et demandes restées sans réponse — beaucoup d
Pros:

Séjour décevant pour une nuit à 117 € dans un 3 étoiles.

À l’arrivée, attente au check-in alors que la chambre n’était pas prête. Surtout, le volet de la chambre était cassé dès notre arrivée — impossible à fermer, donc aucune occultation possible (lumière, vis-à-vis, sommeil perturbé). Signalé dès le premier soir.

Un rendez-vous nous a été fixé à 9h le lendemain pour trouver une solution. Nous sommes descendus à l’heure, puis à plusieurs reprises pendant plus d’une heure et demie : personne n’est venu. Le volet a finalement été réparé, mais aucun dédommagement concret n’a suivi, et nos demandes sont restées sans réponse.
